Today, we’re very excited to share a company with you, that we’ve counted on as a wonderful resource for years. D. Lawless Hardware is the place for all things hardware: from awesome vintage glass knobs, to practical pieces like hinges, and everything in between. Whether you’re actually building a piece of furniture, or embellishing it with pretty little touches, they probably have just what you’ve been searching for.
I stumbled across D. Lawless when I was decorating Aiden’s nursery, {almost seven! gasp!} years ago. I used their wonderful hardware on our first piece we ever refinished. {Later seen in Emerson’s nursery.} Their pieces took my breath away.
After that first piece, we were hooked.
Some of Malone’s hardware came from them, as well.
And some of our kitchen hardware. I absolutely love their selection of milk glass. I probably can’t even name how many projects we’ve accomplished with them, but with their great prices, and excellent service, they’re pretty hard to beat. We’ve seriously loved them for years, so of course we were absolutely thrilled when they became a sponsor.
From the oh-so-practical with locks and casters, to fabulously wonderful decorative pulls, their products really are some of our very favorites. This gem of a family business has awesome customer service. Once, when doing a dresser for Aiden, somehow, one lone purple knob had gotten mixed in with the wrong crowd, and was shipped along as a lonely only with the red ones we wanted. When I explained to them what had happened (as we were one red knob short) they were happy to take care of the problem ASAP. Good, honest customer service is hard to find, and D. Lawless really gets that.
