Hello wonderful people! We hope this post finds you well! We spent a gloriously long 4 day weekend at the beach, so even though it’s Monday, this calls for a fun-filled post of sorts, in my world-until I can get back into the groove again…
We’re going to pretend like this is the march edition, even though it’s April. I have to say, March really kind of flew by! At least this time around, I got the year right, right?
1. I’ve been obsessed with all things maxi for a while, but this skirt really sends it over the top for me. I’m sure a few of you have seen this one floating around pinterest? Too bad the price makes me want to gouge out hurts my eyes. {Dare me to make my own? From leftover drapery fabric? And wear it in public places, often a-la modern day Scarlett O’Hara? That would be awesome. I’m thinking chartreuse.}
2. All things bookends: these vintage soapstone birds really are quite adorable.
3. A fishbowl made for Jonah.
4. A droolworthy sconce. Seriously I just wiped my face.
5. This watch is a slap watch. That is all.
6.I’ve been drooling over these mugs for a while at Anthro. I’m not sure why I just don’t buy a few already. Do they do coupons? I’m cheap.
7. This marvelous little schoolhouse stool is in the yummiest shade of green.
8. Peep toe, please. I’m thinking I really need to try some Rocket Dogs.
9. The cutest quilt ever quilted almost makes me want to learn how. And then I shake myself out of my temporary moment of insanity. But nothing beats a good quilt.
10. Antique bee skeps make me smile. The whole potential dead bee part kind of freaks me out a little, but the antique instant character part, wins me over every time. I’m officially on the hunt.
11. I know I’ve mentioned them on here before, but letterpress letters rock my graphic designer nerdfest world. I think we all need these in our homes in different words, to appreciate the grandeur that is the graphic design wonderfulness.
12. Another adorable product from Big Buddha.
13. Yes. Cue me, belting this song out in my best British accent, every time I pass it by. And the kids pull their pants down and start dancing like penguins, while Jamin smears charcoal on his face and starts jumping in and out of the fireplace.
14. Vintage luggage in my favorite color.
And for the bonus round…
I still haven’t replaced my mini from the accident this fall. I shall henceforth be known as the mother with the cadbury creme egg mobile. since it is my number one spring candy obsession. Backouttamahways, suckas! Mama’s gottarun! {to the store. To stuff my face with 150 calories of saturated gluttanyamazingness.}
Today is international make up your own version of words day. Dubbed by me.
Have a wonderfulmous day, guys!

Oh how I want that skirt!
Is it weird I hoped you’d reference the Von Trapp children in your skirt made of drapery fabric? You should do it anyway! And your cadbury egg mobile is making me want to break my sugar fast… stupid candy obsessions!
haha sorry I failed you in the references department. ;} so funny!
And this is why I LOVE reading your blog! You crack me up!
I hear you on number 9! Some quilts I just want to grab the sewing machine and whip up some gorgeousness such as this one, but then I snap out of the cuteness cardiac arrest and come to terms with the reality of quilting! Not for me! Love your style by the way!!
LOVE #2, 13 and 14- you certaintly find the awesome in the world!!!!
