a zap of color with threshold

Hello lovelies!

We’re back again today to share more of the delicious Target goodies that we are oh so thrilled to work with. target_logo

If you shop at Target, you’re probably no stranger to their beautiful Threshold collection.

threshold_logoTheir look is simple and seamless. And Jamin has to regularly have me fitted with awkward but oh so necessary horse blinders so that I won’t purchase everything gracing their oh so tempting aisles. I could play in the stores for hours.

threshold_target_tableSpeaking of horse blinders, their price points make sprucing up any area of your home with a punch of something new, ridiculously doable. I was even lucky enough to bring some of that fabulosity home.

target_threshold_bedroom_pillowsAren’t their designs oh so wonderful?

threshold_decorTheir look inspired us to create a sanctuary of our own.

We decided to do just that with a few of their pieces, mixed in with some of ours.

threshold_targetOur bedroom was ready for a bit of a mini revamp, and Threshold’s quilt had me at yellow. {Don’t worry…we still have our blue quilt (never part with a good quilt!) but sometimes it’s fun to mix it up a little.} When we walk into our space, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

threshold_quilt_yellowI was also a sucker for their green ombre pillows and this great little grey geometric number. I think Jamin appreciates the mix of gender feel in the space with a nod to the masculine side as well.

threshold_beddingIt was so much fun to give our space an update… and a punch of fresh with our own touches. It’s like a Threshold remix, Handmade Home style. ;}

If you’re anything like us, and like to spruce up your home with a few pieces here and there, it’s doable with their easy blending pieces.

I’m seriously drawn to this bed, y’all. We get this comment a lot, but yes, our bed is huge. 3 kids + 10 years of marriage = the all too frequent bed buddies and a bad case of the don’t-touch-me’s-when-we’re-resting. (See: foot-in-kidney syndrome.)

target_quiltAt least our bedding is quite the blissful retreat in the meantime. And pretty to look at when we’re up at 2 a.m. Yes, I can catch glimpses of it at night through my exhausted eyes.

target_beddingWhat have you guys tried from the Threshold collection? What’s your favorite piece you’ve spied to spruce up your home? We’d love to hear!

Have an inspired day!

Responses to a zap of color with threshold

  1. Kathy says:

I love the striped throw. Is that Threshold as well? I can’t find it.

  2. Heidi says:

I am currently in love with all things Threshold related!:) My fave right now is a kitchen towel set I snatched up a while ago. I am hoping to frame one of the towels once I find a frame for it! I am also going to go get that quilt for our master bedroom. I have been waiting a long time for a quilt in that yellow color. Can I ask…what other sheet and/or comforter are you pairing with this quilt on your bed? It looks maybe like the yellow quilt and some sort of cream comforter underneath it???

  3. Meredith says:

I love their rugs! They have added so much to my kitchen and front entry. The patterns look high end, but are affordable. My favorite is the green geometric one!

  4. Nicki says:

I love Threshold ! I have the same quilt . I want to add some of the pillows like yours.
Is the yellow one Threshold ? Love how you put it all together!!

  5. I bought the same quilt for my bed and I love it!

  6. Kathleen says:

Where did you get the diamond fabric/pillows on your bed?

  7. Thanks for the Threshold collection suggestion. I scored the red faux silk panels for our living room, and they worked perfectly!
