OK I admit it…….I Love Comic Sans! It’s just so cute!
But after reading this great book on type “Just My Type – a Book About Fonts” by Simon Garfield, I can see why others don’t. This book not only gives historical information about type and fonts, but talks about current usage and all the freaky online debates over which is best. Sure, it sounds boring…..but it’s not! I now have a greater appreciation for how type influences thought, and how we interface with others on the internet. One more confession……..I work at a local library, so info is my thing.
Hope you like it!
