Easter? Say what?!
I know. It feels a little early. But we’re definitely struggling with some severe bouts of spring fever, and there’s just something about those irresistible pastel palettes that really rock our world. While we have more fresh ideas coming your way, here’s a few blasts from the past that may be right up your alley. Because sometimes old content deserves a few new round ups, and this year, we’re determined to not be quite so {running around like a cray chicken with my head cut off} last minute about it.
And then I checked my calendar and realized that we are not, in fact, super early. So here’s some moderately-timed ideas for you.
Have a party in your pocket with our free spring printables. Just click and print and you’re awesome because duh, you read our site.
So many fun combo possibilities with this sweet set!
Make your own Easter tree: A great little weekend project. All you need is a metal cookie cutter and these fun plastic beads. The kids love it, and we’ll probably make another this year.
Also, our kids really need to stop growing. I can’t handle it, and keep threatening to make them wear bricks tied to their heads. I mean, seriously. This photo is a total blast from the past.
Make a sweet handmade Easter treat with our ragamuffin rabbits – they’ve been cherished little goodies around our home for years.
The perfect sweet treat for any spring brunch: easy carrot muffins. Seriously wow everyone with your addition to the family table. And then pat yourself on the back for being so beyond amazing.
And add a little color to your tables to get everyone in the mood for all the festivities with a few tips here. {tips + tricks for an easy spring table and handmade napkin rings}
The best handmade play-doh for an easy gift or fun project to make with the kiddos… and subsequent color theory classes since I tend to freak out and get excited and probably need to get a life.
Add a spring punch with our {coffee filters!} watercolor garland. So many fun colors. So little time.
And while we’re on the topic of it all, see more of our fave watercolor projects here! Because hello, spring color.
And a few more of our favorite ideas for Easter in this fun little round up.
Anyone else in a colorful pastels-y mood yet? What’s your fave idea for Easter? We’d love to hear!
