Hey hey everyone! I think we’re coming off that planner high… Just like going on vacation, except it was a lot of work and now we’re tired. So more like a Disney Vacation, except it wasn’t fun. But that sounded harsh, because my favorite part about the planner comes at the beginning, when I get to create new patterns, and the end, when I get to put it all together with my fancy new planner materials that I totally get to keep as a reward. Because I love the accessories so much, I thought I’d throw in this little bundle. So without further ado, these simple DIY magnetic bookmarks!
These are our fun patterns, printed out, and folded over.
You’ll need:
• access to a printer + cardstock
• magnets
• these printables: this folder gives you access to four different files, 24 designs/patterns.
They make great chunky tabs in the planner, or just a really fun bookmark to give as little gifts.
So here’s how we made them:
Simply print + cut.
Helpful hint: if you have a self healing mat, X-Acto blade + ruler, it goes a lot faster and looks best. I also prefer cardstock for that chonky feel. But it works, either way.
When you’re done, fold them in half, and pull off these magnets {we love them for their self-adhesive backs} and add them to each side.
Another helpful hint: I applied one, and then laid the other on top to make sure they were matching at the poles or whatever that thing is from science class.
And then you’re done! These make the cutest little handy dandy accessories, if we do say so ourselves.
These are perfect for adults and children of any age.
Just another way to add some fun, colorful sanity to your day. We aim to distract from the world burning down around us, in any way possible.
So as always, let us know if you use them. We’d love to hear!
And a few more fun accessory ideas that we love to go with the planner…
These easy Resin Bookmarks
monogrammed bookmarks – which double as great gift toppers + match the planner patterns
So as always let us know if you use them… we’d love to see!
