It’s soup season at my house too. I just made a pot of chicken soup in my pressure cooker. (Love that thing!)

I do have to admit I reread it several times, trying to find… The CHICKEN! Ha heh heh. I do believe it is the Chicken Stock that makes it the Chicken in the name?! Will you let me cheat and add some leftover roasted, shredded store-bought chicken?! Should I add it at the end?
