So helpful. One of my dreams is to buy a fixer upper with my husband when we no longer have tiny babies. It’s very important to compare the scope of work. We may get an electrical bid for 800k and another for $1.2 mil but if that 800k bid has a bad scope of work detailed, we’re going to go with the higher more qualified bid.
