I love your idea of doing a Christmas craft with family members at Thanksgiving. What a perfect way to end the day of Thanks by looking forward to the season of Love. And each member would have a take home creation to get them started!

I love this. It's so different! I think I will have to try these. Plexiglass isn't usually what people think about for materials. Perfection!

ok, totally genius! You're right, Thanksgiving is the perfect time to make holiday crafts. It's our family tradition, my mom comes up with a craft and all the ladies go downstairs after the meal and craft until we can no longer see straight while the men play poker upstairs. I have to say, we did try a Martha Stewart cranberry wreath one year where you had to poke the cranberries into a styrofoam wreath with toothpicks....by the end our fingers were so sore and red from the cranberries! I literally cried from the pain.
