Hey there guys! I’m slowly merging back into the fast lane from taking some wonderful time off for the holidays…it was quite nice, to say the least! Today, in the grand celebration of all the fabulous blog partays that are happening this week, I thought I’d share a quick recap + roundup of some of my very faves from this year, of my own! Yes, I did go with eleven of them. It just felt oddly right. Even if it was hard to remember what we did because I inhaled too many paint fumes…
So, in no particular order…{Drum roll please…why do I suddenly feel like David Letterman?}
1. Our kitchen redo
2. Building that screen door for our pantry.
3. Our laundry room redo.
4. I’m too sexy for my laundry. I just couldn’t leave that one out…
6. Dining room shelving with how to, here.
7. A living room transformation.
8. A fab 5 sign
10. The loft + alcove and a how to, here. {Probably a toss up for the favorite of favorites when flipping a coin with the kitchen on the other side-they both made a huge difference in our home!}
11. Our handmade barn door.
Yep…I’m pooped! We did quite a few changeovers in our home this year! I’d love to see some of your own personal faves in your homes! I’m off to play army man/barbie princess with the little ones. Should be an interesting combination resulting in grenades and tiaras. WOOT! Have a wonderful Wednesday, everyone!
Linking up today to Rhoda’s fabulous party!

Woah. You did all of that THIS year? Holy cow, Ashley! I’m seriously impressed. Ok so as to my fave… hmm…. I think the winner is the dining room shelving. It’s seriously fabulous. Although a runner up has to be the Fab 5 sign since you inspired me to make a similar rustic sign for my living room! Kudos on everything!!! Happy New Year!

Amazing. Everything you did looks great and is so unique. My favourite is the dining room shelves. I’m going to try and copy them for a boot rack for our back door. You have been my first daily blog read all year and that will not be changing this year. Can’t wait to see you do in 2012!!

WOWZERS! What a busy busy year for you! Your photography is gorgeous and my favorite is the kitchen (although I am looking at my laundry room a little more now!)

I made a lumbar pillow for my sofa last night, thanks to inspiration from you!! I linked it to Pure + Lovely on FB, so hopefully you’ll be able to see it. Thanks for the inspiration and for the tutorial! It was so easy and so much fun!! I’ve been staring at it all day, giddy with excitement!

My favorite is the loft + alcove- it is absolutely genius. Anyone who is trying to stay afloat in this crazy economy should live by this. You created two worlds into one- with class. I, myself, trying to save money by living in an 850 sq foot apartment am always striving to make it look more like home and not apartment living (especially since I’m getting married in 5 months and it will be the two of us in 850 sq feet!). Shelving ALONE is what doubles the size of a small space…. and you teach us how to do it on a budget! You shatter the word “creativity.”
