The picture of you and Jamin from the back looking at the front of the house is so sweet! I can really relate in some ways of how thrilled you are. When I moved into my “fixer-upper” 9 years ago, the bathroom needed remodeling. I’m in the process of having it done now and every day when I come home from work, I run to the bathroom and do a little happy dance.

Erica – SO nice to virtually meet you! If it helps at all, apparently that’s what people do in our neighborhood, and we would not mind at all! In fact, I have had to learn the fine art of being dressed {aka not just a t-shirt and pajama pants} when I’m working from home in case someone drops by! HAHA!
