Hey Katie,

We’d be happy to to try to help you, but it’s also important to remember prices change by the region you live in, the availability of supplies and of course how much construction is going on in your area will determine labor rates, if you are hiring out, and how much of the work you are hiring out will affect it. We are doing a mixture of both. Obviously the best thing to do is price local materials and labor, but touch base with you via email and see if I can answer more specific questions.
