We thought we’d drop in to round up a few of our favorite summer projects with kids. You know. For when you’re feeling a bit water logged and want to get those imaginations and hard working little growing brains working in fun, creative ways.
These are ideas for a few rainy day round ups and ideas for traveling, at the very least. They’ve been some of our very favorite projects, and we thought we’d round them up here for one big summer kickoff hurrah!

And we’re super excited to be teaming up with Home Depot, to make this fun football toss – the perfect accessory to your outdoor parties. Also an awesome idea for Father’s Day or that fall tailgating you’re sure to be a part of, so be sure to stay tuned for our little version we’ll share next week along with some other awesome participating sites.
Tune in for the party next Monday, {6/13} where we’ll all be sharing our fun creations. If you’d like to make this a-la the workshop, Home Depot is offering the opportunity in their own awesome free class, and you can get more info here! (FYI: they also have home improvement and kids workshops you can sign up for through the link.)
We hope this is a fun round up of sorts to help get those creative juices flowing this summer, when you’re burned out on spending time at the pool! Oh wait… that will probably never happen ;}
Have you tackled any of these with your kiddos? We’d love to hear! Have an inspired day!
