Construction costs, as well as product costs, are outside the design fee. A design fee estimate can be given to you after our initial meeting. Generally you should estimate the design cost to be at least +-15% of the overall project cost for smaller projects. Large projects range closer to +-10%. This does not include our architectural drawing fees which can range another 8-12% of construction cost. Architectural drawings come with a full set of construction drawings for permitting and construction.
