Return and exchange policy

Thank you for considering a purchase with us.

Due to the nature of our products for sale all sales are final. If we choose to accept a return or exchange it will be subject to a 20% – 30% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our sole discretion, whether due to a site error, listing error, stock error or any other reason we deem necessary. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order or for any other reason. This is at our sole discretion and no explanation is guaranteed or due.

All monies will be refund in the way they were processed and may take to 5-10 business days to process.

You may have also been lead here by an affiliate of the Handmade Home affiliate program. If this is the case your purchase will earn them a reward from the program. If you are not comfortable with this please email us at [email protected] after your purchase is made so that we can disregard the referral.

Shipping and lead Time:

We ship orders as quickly as possible, because we can’t wait for them to find their way into your home and for you to enjoy them. Most orders will ship within 3 business days, with 2 day shipping. However due to the nature of some products they may take 2 or more weeks. There is no expedited shipping and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Please allow a 10 day lead time for shipping on Fabric and wallpaper, as this product is ordered in small quantities and available exclusively through The Handmade Home.

Kona cotton:

Premium quilting weight
100% Combed cotton fabric with a soft hand, easy to sew.
Estimated Shrinkage: 2% in length and 3% in width
Appropriate for quilting, appliqué, shirting, dresses, children’s clothing, and home decor.
Care instructions: Machine wash warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting.

Heavy Cotton Twill:

Sturdy, 100% cotton
Appropriate for home decorating, including drapery, table linens, upholstery projects, banners, tote bags
Care instructions: For best results, dry clean only
