I didn’t want the old fashioned dropped tiles, but I also didn’t want the closed off dry wall in case we need to access systems. I wish we had phases because we seem to be tackling what ever we happen to have money for at the time or whatever must be done NOW. I guess that makes us on phase 2 even though we haven’t finished phase 1. I love following along to see what you’re doing.
