					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m really looking forward to your ceiling solution since we have the same issues with our basement re-do. I didn&#039;t want the old fashioned dropped tiles, but I also didn&#039;t want the closed off dry wall in case we need to access systems. I wish we had phases because we seem to be tackling what ever we happen to have money for at the time or whatever must be done NOW. I guess that makes us on phase 2 even though we haven&#039;t finished phase 1.  I love following along to see what you&#039;re doing.]]></description>
