make me smile : april 2012 edition

Hello to all our favorite people!

In honor of another Fabulous Friday, I thought I’d check in from all things wedding, and bring you a super fun post chocked full of eye candy-the things that currently make me smile. And Yes, I know it’s May…true to Handmade Home form, I thought I’d come in a little late this month and show you some of my fave new finds for April.

1. I can’t seem to get enough of this color…and this shape. I’m thinking my dining room would really love that rug. 2. When pigs fly: The most adorable screen printed tea towel of all time… 3. I’ve been searching for the perfect red necklace. Red necklaces are hard to come by. 4. Big Buddha’s are probably my fave brand of shoe. These come in a delightful shimmer. 5. Because everyone needs a doodle book. 6. I can’t really get gardening off my brain. And one can never have too many succulents. I love the idea of these kind of gardens, or even just simply grouped into pots…the wheels are turning for our back porch. 7. These chairs via the Nester’s pinterest. 8. I smell a DIY project in my future. 9. These bowls are looking for a new home in my cabinets. And are cheaper than the Anthro version. 10. I adore this pendant. 11.Yes, please. Via Pretty Handy Girl’s pinterest. 12. This is the total nerd in me, but must have. 13. I love some key lime trees! Can’t wait to add some to our home.
