a jewel toned glam baby nursery

Hello lovelies! A few weeks ago, we were thrilled to be at Fieldstone Hill, sharing one of our very favorite subjects – children’s spaces! We couldn’t be more excited for our sweet friend Darlene and her family – especially with her new addition! So we wanted to share some of our selections for a fun little nursery space.

The key to anything for a baby is keeping it both functional, and fun. So we decided to go off the beaten path a bit with some colors that we really love for a truly unexpected vibe to a baby girl’s space. They can definitely grow with her! We would pair these fun finds with some crisp white walls. Organic and geometric shapes, punches of magenta + purple with kelly greens + deep aquas. This space also has plenty of storage and function. Oh, and that oh-so-essental hit of gold. So without further ado… a jewel-toned glam baby space.

And for a trip down memory lane, here’s a few more of our boards… (from left to right, clockwise: a big girl room redo, shared bathroom space, super hero sanctuary, & freshman 15.)

We’re thinking about opening up our design services again… for our wonderful readers. Would anyone out there be interested? Bueller?

Have an inspired day, y’all!

I would be SO interested in your services. Another idea is to have readers submit their spaces that they’ve done themselves but aren’t quite right and you could play a little game of “One of these things just doesn’t belong here…” You could fix the few things that aren’t working and make suggestions for the final touches to pull it all together. Sometimes all it takes is a second set of eyes and a few tweeks to get things right.

I love the mood boards. I’ve been adding in jewel tones, hot pink, and white and gold into my four year old daughter’s room.

  4. I’ve been obsessing over jewel tones for months! This nursery rocks! It almost makes me want another. *ALMOST*

Did you just ask if you should open up your design services again??? The answer is YES!!! I will even fly you to my house in sunny SoCal to help me. Bring the kids – we have a pool! Don’t even tempt me… 😛

Oh, and lovely baby nursery! :)

Mood boards should be your career. I always want to redo every room in my house after seeing your ideas. :) You are a superstar!
