We hope that your bellies are full, your friend/family meter is filled {in a good way} and that your heart is happy. Hurray for Thanksgiving, and everything that it means! I think we enjoyed down time and just being with our kids so much, along with taking care of some personal stuff around our house, that we kind of forgot to post on Friday. So we have more of that fun content coming up this week. Sometimes, those are just what we need for a refuel kind of week.
If you’re tuning in today for a little happy reading, we have just the agenda for you. Here are a few things we hope you didn’t miss on the handmade home this week:
• these easy peasy drink charms {and gift toppers}
• this kitchen renovation for some amazing clients
– simple changes with huge impact with lots of content so be sure to check it out!
Here are a few of our faves from the www this week:
• middle school misfortunes then and now, one teacher’s take
– if you read nothing else today… read that post.
• these adorable embroidery hoop ornaments from one project closer
• a tour of this fabulous garden shed from iron and twine– check her gift guide too!
• this amazing colorful tour
• these fun handmade gift ideas
Also, maybe super random, but if you live locally a-la the Nashville area, we’re participating in a really fun event at The Barre! It’s a gathering of local vendors of sorts. We’re selling some of our old inventory at killer prices for great gift ideas, having a fun giveaway, and just enjoying meeting with the community in general. It’s a local fun easy gathering with lots of goodies from other local vendors, and we’d love to see you there!
As always, have an inspired day and a relaxing remainder of the weekend.

Love that article of the teachers take in school then and now. My kids have to wait for a phone until they have a job and can pay for it themselves.

I wa t to paint my island blue and install white subway tile backsplashes. I have the 4 inch piece of stone now. Should I have it removed or just put the tile above it? Yours looks so great!
