Things have been a little stressful for us personally these last few months because that’s life. Awe, you are so sweet, Sarah! We are too! HA! LOTS coming up soon – probably to the point of overkill. We’ve been in the dead zone between closings and movings and closings again, and working behind the scenes on plans and materials… but we officially close Monday – {we totally thought it was this Friday}so it’s coming… the projects will begin soon! ;}
Cannot wait! Hang in there – I just finished the same process myself – we bought a foreclosure and nothing went as planned! Soon all the closings and paperwork will melt into a blur of paint and projects. Thanks for taking us all along for the ride! 🙂 Looking forward to the inspiration!

P.S. I am living vicariously through your family. It has been a dream of ours to relocate to Franklin, because it’s halfway from where we live currently and the Beaches of Gulf Shores. And you don’t get nearly as much snow as WI does. Can’t wait to see what you do with the new house! (Also vicariously living because we live in a log home {yuck} Totally not my style, and have no idea how to incorporate my design preferences with this ugly house.)
HA! If we can do it out of the HORRIBLE market we just came from, I believe anyone can! It’s such an amazingly charming little town – I realized the other day that we’re literally moving where people vacation! How crazy is that? Very crazy to us after living where we did for twelve years 😀 It was definitely time.
