If you’ve been around for a while, then you know that it’s almost time for us to release the 2021 planner!
We get this question a lot, so think Christmas in July for the release date… we tackle it as we can in between client work and brand representation, so we’re working on it as I write this. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to say goodbye to the dumpster fire that is 2020. But our free planner for this year can be found here. I find that pretty colors and an organized system help me cope. In the meantime, since we’re in the middle of it, we wanted to ask you what you’d like to see this next year!
We’re in the design/organization/wade through 750+ files/stages right now, and that’s where you come in.
We would like to know what you’d like to see this upcoming year!
Every year we dig through the year before’s comments, to see what people are requesting. And we usually try to meet those requests, {within reason}.
It makes us so happy to hear from people on all the continents… and we love knowing that this is so useful!
We have to say, we know we can’t meet everyone’s needs, but we would love to try to offer something fresh and new and useful!
You guys tend to give us that fresh perspective, so we’d like to meet ya here with more of what you need.
So if you’ve used the planner before, please let us know what would be useful to you.
Or if you’re not familiar, be sure to take a look at last years’ planner, and peruse the files. We’d love to hear from you.
And of course, please know that we’re working on new colorful ideas, awesome additions and fun sources to make it all one of a kind. What would you like to see more of?
We look forward to hearing from you!
Have an inspired day!

Ashley,
Soooooo excited to hear this!! I’ve been waiting and checking daily for it to be released. I knew it was about time!! I have used your planner for the last several years now and absolutely love it. I also used your student planner for my kiddos for homeschool and we really liked that as well. You guys have done an amazing job on these pages and I still can’t believe they’re free. I print them out for the whole year, organize them how I need them, and then have them spiral bound at an office supply store for just a couple dollars. Best planner ever! I don’t think there’s much I can request to change/add. The only thing I might would suggest is a menu planning section that incorporates groceries. Currently I use your graph paper and plan out my menu for each month and use another graph paper page for the grocery planning. It works well for me so a specific page for it isn’t necessary, but it would be cute! 🙂 Thank you so much for all you guys do. Keep up the hard work and know your work is greatly appreciated and enjoyed by many people! Praying your family is staying healthy and happy and safe!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making your gorgeous planner available every year. I love poring over your stunning designs and checking out the other accessories you link in your annual post. The only suggestion I can think of is – have you ever thought of using any Scripture verses for your lovely illustrated quote pages? I enjoy “hiding” your inspiring quote pages throughout my planner for a joyful surprise when I encounter the page, and there’s plenty of inspiration to be found throughout Scripture. 🙂
I’m also hoping that next year I won’t have to cross out everything I’ve written in my planner for several months in a row …
Anyway, thanks again for this wonderful gift of your time and talents that you share!

Thank you for doing all this work. I love that you have Monday week starts. I love all the colors. I can’t wait to see the new things for 2021 and picking what color I’m going to use.

I love your planner and designs! Thank you for making it available to all of us for free!!
Two things that I’d like to see would be Monthly calendars in Portrait instead of only landscaping and more design options in the Daily pages. I love, love the Daily pages!
I’m a vertically visual person and landscape throws me off. .. .LOL
The daily page is great! I have also come to really like the Upcoming Schedule which I wasn’t sure I would but I do!
I’ve enjoyed your planner for several years now and you all do wonderful work!

I agree with this!

I think your planners are amazing and I always pore over every option every year! I usually end up using a hybrid of yours plus some make-my-own because I really like a monthly calendar with a Monday start. I use my monthly view to put in a brief summary of all our activities and then I put the details in the weekly view. My brain cannot wrap itself around looking at the Sunday start monthly then flipping to the Monday start weekly! 🙂 I usually make my own 2 page monthly with a Monday start and I’m totally fine to, of course! (First world problems for sure!) But yours are just soooo pretty! :). Thank you for already offering so many options (for free!!!) and for asking for suggestions!

Hey! Thanks so much for your input. Lots of people are asking for that, or a vertical option. It just takes SO MANY FILES {I’m melting haha} I am thinking of offering a blank option on both things, so that people can fill in as they wish, but still with pretty patterns. Thoughts on this? Thanks so much!
Shelley says
The blank option would be great with the pretty patterns! Wonderful idea!
Katie says
Yes! A blank option is a great idea! And…how about a 2 page spread??? Too greedy? You’re going to be sorry you asked for opinions! Ha! 🙂
ashley @ the handmade home says
I get opinions every year, whether I ask for them or not. 🙂 HAHA! Not greedy at all – I figured it would be two pages.

Id love to have pet pages, trip planning, and sone notes areas with diffrent squares for preplaning. To do, to call, to remember .. im always blocking off areas for things i cant forget.
Thanks so much!

First off thank you for your generosity of all these planner pages that you charge nothing for! I just found you this year and am in love with your planner pages, especially your inspirational quotes that I post at work regularly 🙂 I have been using your daily view in my arc notebook and the only thing I would love more is a daily view with just lines and no notes or the box at the bottom. I am a project manager and tend to need all the lines I can get for my daily meetings.
Thank you again for giving us all this goodness 🙂

Thanks so much for the suggestion, Crystal!

Thanks so muchfor sharing this!
I would love a weekly Sunday start and a classic happy planner size 😀, also something that will work with a black and white printer, maybe something you could color in yourself with a touch of watercolor 😍

Hi! I wanted to thank you for making and sharing your lovely planner pages!! They have been a huge blessing! The only thing I would like ( and I have no idea if or how this would work, being technologically challenged) is to be able to edit them after downloading. I’d love to be able to type in holidays, birthdays, recurring things on the daily pages, etc. Either way, I’m so thankful for your planner!!😊
Michele says
Thank you soo much for your kindness and generosity in designing these pages for us!! They are gorgeous and I am so grateful you do these each year! I hate to even give you a comment when you are gracious to do these for us. If I had to give input, I would just ask for one design maybe with navy or more neutral tone for those of us using with boys and I’d love to see more info on the daily page. I use my planner daily. Info like: schedule, to do, to buy, daily water intake, meal. But again, thank you again so much. Love seeing all you create!
Ashley says
I will ditto everyone’s thanks for your generosity and care going into this planner. I have used it for the last five years homeschooling, and I always have envious moms at our co-op ooogling over the beauty you have created it. The simplicity and the ability to choose exactly what I need versus wasted paper is one of my favorite features. The only thing I could think of is if there is a way to turn the lesson pages vertical and the calendar page vertical. But if not I will still print it, have it spiral bound, and use it faithfully! Thank you again, and I can’t wait for July.

Let me start by saying thank you for creating this for us. I love your designs. 2021 for me would only need the pages with actual days and dates and perhaps adding a grocery list page. I also do a lot of paper projects so a project planner page would be great. I am using the inspiration page now. Bookmarks with the sketch sayings would be cute too. Again, many thanks!
