Psssst! The 2015 is here
Dork alert: I kind of obsess over lists. Writing things down, and getting things done is how I roll on most days. Sometimes, I’ll even write something down after it’s done, just for the sheer pleasure of crossing it off my list. ;} I warned you. Super dork alert.
I get a lot of questions about how I home school, run a business and keep the mountains of laundry from burying me all in the meantime without flipping a lid and murdering anyone. I’m probably the last person you should ask, because the mountains of laundry usually do bury me. But Jamin is still alive, so… winning. But this is one of my biggest not-so-shocking secrets. A planner.
I know. Earth Shattering.
Probably not. But I could never find one that worked just right for me. So I decided to make one.
And then I thought, why not share it?
This planner fits a full-sized three ring binder, with plenty of room with a monthly view (See: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December)
Updated: I created this planner in a day to get it out to you guys on time. When that happens, mistakes happen. Who am I kidding… mistakes would happen anyway. Apparently May has 31 days, and Father’s day is in June. Who knew?! ;} Thanks for being so patient – corrections made + new downloads available in the same place!
A weekly view : {With an extra area for notes at the bottom} M-W + T-S
I know that the days start with Sundays. But not really my weeks. So this one is a little different, with days of the week listed (and color coded) with saturday + sunday together at the end. I think this is probably sacrilege or something, but Saturday + Sunday belong together as two blissful days in my world. So here it is. For planning purposes, it makes more sense.
I left the days blank for easy refills. {Just be sure to not do what I did, and actually punch your M-W sheet on the RIGHT side. Duh. Sometimes, I floor myself with my own brilliance.}
I like to use pretty colors + washi tape because I’m a global learner and when you bombard me with black and white type, I see nothing. This is how I remember. (see: a great excuse for feeding my pretty tape addiction.)
It also comes with a note taking section for ideas+inspiration – should the mood strike you.
A little notebook for everything.
I use clips + tabs to mark my place.
Oh, and PSSSST…. here’s my favorite part.
For the home schooling mom (or any mom wanting to keep up with the education side of things, for that matter) I’ve included a few things we’ve mentioned in the past:
Lesson planners {with a specific list just like we use}
A reading chart for your little students.
A simplified lesson planning chart.
And an open schedule to fill in yourself
Hopefully, a little something to help with every need.
Oh! And here’s the incentive certificates we mentioned earlier. These may be a little specific, but I thought I should throw those in, too: New Game, iPad time, Bedtime.
Find the notebook here, pens here + tabs here. No, these will not magically download to your desktop. But they’re for great prices, on Amazon. ;}
Updated again: This has already sold out and they did a new link, but the brand is Wilson Jones WorkStyle Cut and Sewn Round Ring Binder, 1 Inch W31903
*** PSSST: (update!) It was just brought to our attention by a kind reader that there are freaky warnings on that binder for causing birth defects in California? What the what?! See: random. Not even sure how to respond to this other than letting you guys know. Use at your own risk- the good news is that our printables can be used with any old three ring binder. Hurray for freebies!
Bring it on, 2014. Bring it on. I’m ready.
Have an inspired day, y’all! Psssst: check out the rest of our printables, here!
Regarding additions, changes, personal preferences for color, suggestions, questions and complaints: We really do hope that you enjoy our free planner. We will definitely consider changes for the future. Unfortunately, personal preferences will be different for everyone. So it kind of is what it is. This was a ton of work, and if we tried to meet every single demand, we would never be able to play with our children. ;} The options seen are the ones that are available. Thank you so very much for stopping by, and please enjoy!
Check out our 2015 version and piece together a custom look you love! Here.
Wow. You are pretty awesome to give this away. Merry Christmas to myself! Thank you! Love the colors.
Merry Christmas to you, Danielle! I hope you can use it- organized calendars and lists make me happy ;} I knew it was worth sharing to make someone smile-Have a great day!
Ashley, this is seriously Amazefest, USA. Brilliant! There’s so many things I love about the planner. I definitely plan to share with friends and family, thanks girl!
Thanks so much, Michelle! I hope you can use it! ;} Anything that helps make the day a little easier, right? ;}
I love this. Okay, so here’s my problem. I always love the idea of something like this because I am totally a list person too, and I just love pen and paper. BUT I don’t see myself always carrying a 3 ring binder around all the time like I do my phone. What happens if you forget it at home or something?! I am just afraid! How silly is that. But I would love to create a system to go along with our remodel, like color swatches and measurements that I can carry with me, so that if I pop into Target or Home Depot or a thrift store, I’ll know if something “works” or not.
Ha! You just need a bigger bag 🙂 I usually do carry mine around because again, dork. But you could always put things on your phone and then transfer? I just love writing things down. It’s how my brain works! 😉
There was something called “Sidekick” that was available to real estate agents to give to their clients as a ‘spiff’ when they purchased a home. It’s a smaller 3-ring binder with space to put paint/fabric swatches, write notes (like your kitchen paint color), décor ideas, etc. Small enough to put in most purses. I purchased a few to give to my clients when I was a realtor, though I did keep one for myself knowing we would be moving at some point in the near future. Handy dandy little bugger!! 🙂
Apparently, they are available on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/The-Sidekick-Your-Home-Reference/dp/0974279307
Hope this is what you’re looking for!
This is wonderful!! I have been trying to find a planner that fits my needs for months now (well, years really because the last 2 years I just settled and bought 2 different ones that could work together). I’ve been thinking that I’ll need to create my own also and I love the details you give for organizing the different areas. I so need to print some of these now so I can do a big brain dump this weekend. Happy Holidays to you!
Awe! Well I hope this helps! 😉
Best.planner.EVER!! Exactly how my brain works organizationally & we’ll start homeschooling in the fall. A perfect fit. THANK YOU!
Mine too! Great minds think alike? 😉 hope you can use it and blessings to you & your homeschool journey!
Eeeeep! You have no idea how much you just seriously made my day! I’m a list maker too. I need lists for my lists. Revamping my all- in-one binder has been on my list. ALSO: I’m prepping to start homeschooling so you’re school printables made me squeal with joy! Thank you and merry Christmas!
There’s something about it that’s so comforting, right? Glad you can use it! 😉
Firing up the printer now! This looks awesome!
YAY! ;}
I am in LOVE! This is exactly what I have been looking for. I need a calendar to keep track of every ones schedule but then one for the day to day of life. And we are starting homeschooling and I am freeking out that I will forget to do something. But this calendar solves all that!!! Thank You for being awesome!
So glad, Annalea! ;} (SUCH a pretty name, btw!) We probably will both forget something… but at least we have planners ;} It’s like chocolate. ;} And you will be amazed at how crazy home school can make you feel (at first)… but how well it will streamline your family! We feel so much less harried now. It’s totally worth it. Blessings to you and yours!
Great job on creating your planner? What software do you use?
Whoopsie: Great job on creating your planner!!
Finals week is getting the best of me 🙂
Hey Devon! I use illustrator. ;} I hope that helps! ;}
Thanks Ashley. This is exactly what I need to start 2014 off on the right foot. Now I don’t have to make one. 🙂 And it’s pretty too.
This planner is awesome! I love the bright colors! I am a “list” person and like pens and paper! I have tried putting things on my iphone, but it’s not the same as actually writing it down. My questions is do you print this at a copy shop or on your printer at home? If at home, how do you print front and back? Minor question I know! 🙂
Thanks!
Hey! Well, it all depends on your printer… You can always run it back through, once you print the first side. Or use a professional printer. I didn’t do both sides, because I will end up using the backs for sketching, etc. as well. I use a sketchbook that is completely seperate to write down all my ideas, so this extra space I planned to use for ideas and sketching. I like not having lines to jot down ideas so i can revisit them again later-its just a part of my process. So it’s your choice! I hope that helps 🙂
Sounds good! I guess I assumed you back-sided print. I can’t wait to print them today after school!
I am the same way! I love lists. I am always making them. Thank you for the lovely planner printables and thank you so much for including the homeschool section as well. We are just getting started and that would be so helpful. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas!
I think this is great! I am serving a mission in Peru and my choices are fairly limiited. this is just what I needed.
Thanks for making it free too!
Sister Nolan
I’m in love with your calendar! This is our third year homeschooling, and your system looks pretty stellar. You must have some good mentoring going on, or your awesome type A personality is lovely AND creative–thanks for sharing and not charging a dime on this particular item. L.O.V.E.
Love this! I made my own last year but ready for a change so trying yours. I use and Arc binder for my planner -so in love especially since they have full page size and smaller ones so I can drop it in my bag.
Where was this a week ago when I was looking!
Ha! Sorry Lindzie! I got it out as fast as I could ;} Maybe you can still use it for something else? ;}
I know. It’s the holidays right? Also I’m sure I can find something to use it for!
This is beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing it.
You’re AMAZING!
Thanks for helping me organize my life. Your stuff is amazing.
Thank you so much for the fabulous planner to print.
I just have a problem with the binder you recommended. Are you aware that
as I read the reviews that it has a label that comes with the binder that says it contains chemicals that can cause birth defect etc? I absolutely love the binder and was about to order it but then began to read the reviews. What do you think about all this? Let me know asap as I was about to order it. Thanks again.
Hey Jana! I’m afraid I wasn’t aware of this. I’ve done a little internet sleuthing and can’t really find anything else about it. I guess it just goes to show we use everything at our own risk. I am not even sure how to respond to this other than the good news is that our planner printables work with any three ring binder, so there are lots of options for this freebie! ;}
Ok thanks for you response. It also goes to show you that everything we purchase could have chemicals without us knowing about them. Do you remember that your binder had a tag on it that stated that it was made with chemicals? I think I will just go to Office Max and see what I can find. No guarantee that any there will be any safer. I just really liked the binder you had chosen and was sad when I read the reviews.
Thanks so much for the printables. Happy Holidays!
Hey Jana! I actually went and pulled the tag out of the trash in our garage, and there was a tiny warning. Because at first I thought, dude. There’s not a tag on ours. So I went to look. TINY. Kinda feel like they tried to pull one over on me. So I included it below the link in the post as a heads up. Womp womp.
Seriously, EVERYTHING is known to the state of California to cause birth defects. Your planner, foldable camp chairs, your fridge… even Walmart has a big sign saying the STORE contains chemicals known to cause birth defects. Don’t sweat it.
Hahaha! This is amazing. 🙂
So true. California has crazy warnings for everything…some law enacted who-knows-when. The problem is that EVERYTHING has chemicals/radiation/whatever. Even bananas emit radiation. People who move here freak out because the Prop warning is on the door of every store/restaurant you walk into 😉
I found the same problem in a journal I purchased from our local university bookstore. Come to find out, the binder is no different from any we could buy in any other state. It’s only that California’s laws stipulate that handling a book, journal, etc. made with plastic may cause cancer. In other words, we may purchase such items freely without knowing; it’s only California that includes such a warning.
Thank you for this! I also own a business and homeschool our three kids. It is great to find something that has a homeschool section in it as well. Love the colors!
Yay, Angela! Hope you can use it! ;}
Awesome!!! You make me look forward to homeschooling! {or maybe not..} 😉
HA! You can DO it!
Thank you for creating, and sharing, the planner I have been looking for for YEARS! It’s EXACTLY what I have pictured in my little brain, without the time and / or talents to create it.
I love this 2014 calendar & weekly log. As a teacher & parent I think I can get a lot of use out of this throughout the year. THANKS!! I was wondering where did you get your binder clips from because they are really cute?
-Jessica
Hey Jessica! I just purchased plain white ones at target, and threw some washi tape on top. ;} The washi tape came from Michael’s. I hope that helps! ;}
This does help thank you. I’ve never used Washi tape before can you tell me a little bit about it? Like purpose/function? Where you find it in the store?
With the clips was the handle part already red or did you color that part?
The purpose of washi tape is to be absolutely pretty. ;} I use it for gift wrapping, marking places in my planner and embellishing just about anything like sketchbooks and pencils. It’s a super simple little project that will just make you smile. It’s like a thin version of masking tape with pretty designs and colors. In Michaels, I kind of stumbled upon it, but you’re getting warmer when you’re in the scrapbooking section. I also love glitter tape. You’ll find it nearby- It’s like Washi tape but thinner and with glitter. ;} The clips were already red. And those were in the office supplies section of target. They’re things I found over time and then just put together on a whim. I hope that helps! Happy washi-ing!
Can you just come over and get my house in order??? 🙂
Pretty and functional! Thank you for being so generous!
Thank you so much for your hard work and then making it available to all of us! This is wonderful! Have a Merry Christmas!
You might be my soul-mate. I love LOVE the colors you chose! I’m printing this as we speak and I can’t wait to get to Target and find me a binder! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you, Rebecca! Enjoy! ;}
Hi, what paper did you print this on? I don’t want to use weak paper. Thanks 🙂 Also, wehre did you find the cute tape and wasabi tape? 🙂
Hey Megan! I just printed it all on a card stock. It has a nice thickness and holds up great! I found the tape at Michael’s. In the scrap book section. I hope that helps! ;}
Can you tell me where you get that decorative tape?
Great article – you are very generous to share your planner!
So thank-you! Paula
Hey Paula! I found the tape near the scrapbooking section of Michael’s ;} It’s so much fun!
This is amazing!!!! I have been looking for a planner the past few weeks, but I haven’t been able to find anything that fits my needs. This is perfect!! Thanks so much!! Merry Christmas!
Thank you so much for sharing! I found your page yesterday, fell in love with your planner, downloaded, and even ordered the binder and tabs on Amazon! Monday it will be here!! Yeah! I just started my own business and have been looking for a planner to keep me organized. I am like you – I write things down on lists and even write down finished tasks to make me feel better… so glad someone else does the same thing!!! 🙂 Thank you again and I hope you make another one for 2015! 🙂
Yay! So glad you can use it! 🙂 & glad I’m not the only one. The reception has been so great-lord willing and the creek don’t rise- we totally will! 🙂
I love this ! You Rock.. I would love to be so Creative but Laundry always gets the best of me.. and cleaning and cleaning oh and cleaning.. I hope this will help me get organized..
Your monthly calendar layout is actually called a “final Sunday” calendar in the media (TV & radio). When I worked at a radio station many years ago, this was what we used for billing our advertisers. And I agree, it makes perfect sense! Great job!
Thank you so much for sharing!!! I am a dork like you. 🙂 (Could totally relate to adding things to my list after accomplishing, simply to reap the joy of crossing it off!) Glad I’m not the only crazy out there. I am soooo excited about this planner! I am obsessed with things like this, but nothing ever fits my specific needs and design interests. This is so perfect! I love the division of space and bright colors. Good job, and thanks again! I really appreciate it!
I just want to say a big “THANK YOU!” for providing a fun + free calendar printable. It’s always nice to be able to find something usable and cute…for free. 🙂 Thank you again & happy holidays!
I’m so thankful. I just got done printing out all of your files. Thank you so much. Finally a notebook that has space to write all the details of my life. I’m hoping to use this for Project Life as well. A huge thank you from our family. By the way, I’m loving the washi tape cameo.
O my word. This is a huge blessing!! Pretty? Check. Colorful? Check. Free? Check.
Thank you!!!
Wow! I think this is absolutely brilliant! Was finding refills for 2014 but the ones available in the local bookstores are overpriced and ugly. Yours is absolutely amazing!
Thanks sooooo much for sharing this with us! Will link you up when I’m done! 🙂
Thank you Claryn! We hope you enjoy ;}
This is amazing, thank you so much. I tried to make my own planner from scratch so it would have everything i wanted but i couldn’t get it set out well. Thank you so much for this!
Actually, putting Saturday and Sunday together at the of the week is not sacrilege… it’s European! (Honest! Most calendars in Europe are set that way!)
Great planner layout.
YAY! Thank you so much! ;}
Thank you so much sharing these printables!
Thanks for sharing! What paper do you print this calendar on? How heavy should the paper be?
Hey Assel! We just used a standard card stock and it’s the perfect thickness for inks and holding up for all that rigorous planning I do. I can be a bit of a freak with the doodling/scheduling/planning ;} I hope that helps!
I LOVE IT!!! But there are 31 days in May….I was going to use it to help me stay organized with planning my wedding, my dance ministry, my school work, my kids schedules and day to day life…can you tell me how to fix it?…..
Nevermind, I can just cross it out… Sorry not thinking straight! Thank you again!!! I love love love it!!!!
Hey Cherrelle! I repaired it and the new download is available in the same place. Sorry about that – thanks for the heads up! ;}
Thank you these are amazing. Were you able to print them back to back or just one sided? I have never printed out pages like this before but am really excited to try. I hope i can figure it out. Thank you again for all the time and work you put into these.
Hey Elaina! It all depends on your printer and how it’s set up, but you could run it back through to print on the other side. I just used one page at a time, because I’m more of a sketcher, and will use the blank spots for ideas/notes/etc… I can’t even keep up with my lists because I have so many of them and I hope this helps me. ;} I hope that helps clarify a little!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this planner!!!! I just bought a discbound binder and im in love with that too!!!! However its the A5 size…. Is there any way that I can print this AWESOME planner in that size?
Hey Samantha! I’m sure if you took it to a local printer, they could adjust it to just the right size. ;} Also, if you have the right programs, you can shrink it down, but that’s all different depending on what you have available to you. I hope that helps!
OK, don’t hold me to this … tech is not my thing. BUT … my wonderful hubs is a techie and he prints whatever size I need all the time. Anyway, I think its as easy as going into your printing functions and adjusting the size you want it to print. LOL … sorry for the vagueness. I’m spoiled and my sweetie allows me to remain blissfully ignorant! (He rocks! LOL) But I do know that — Possible? Yes. And quick. If you can’t figure it out by looking at your printer settings, let me know and I can ask Mr. 🙂
Love this! Thank you so much for allowing all of us to use this as well. Printed! 🙂
BTW, wherever did you find the cute owl container holding your pens?! Love!
Love this! I’ve written my own daily planner out BY HAND the last two years just because I couldn’t find one I liked that was roomy enough to actually write in the day blocks AND had Saturday and Sunday TOGETHER! So glad I’m not the only one who think Saturday belongs with Sunday like chocolate belongs in coffee!
Thanks for sharing this. I think it will save me the writer’s cramp of handwriting 365 days! 🙂 Happy New Year!
~Amber
Hey, love your ideas. However, I can’t seem to find the corrected version of the planner! Any help?
Hey Adeline! They’re there. I just checked. Did you come here to download previously? You may need to clear out your cache + history. Hope that helps!
I stumbled across this blog from Pinterest that my very organized friend pinned. Cue 2 hours later of looking and poking around and I am smitten. As a homeschool mom, I always think there can never be enough lists. Now I see you have a reading chart!!! READING CHART!! Brilliant! I didn’t even know I needed it until I saw it and realized how much more effective my own homeschool binder can be now for my own little budding reading. I’m so excited!! This professed dork is thrilled over a reading chart. Thank you for making this calendar with your special talents. To make it free as well……. what a blessing.
Awe thank you so much for the sweet words, MacKenzie! Blessings to you and your family – and happy new year! ;}
Thank you so much for sharing this! My husband and I work at an orphanage in India and I teach English to the kids here. I’ve been looking for something that was a little less teacher-y (i.e more simplistic) for a planner! I’m also a washi tape/sharpie pen junkie. This is perfect!
Awesome! Thank you for sharing. Wish I was this talented! 🙂
Thanks so much, Julie! We all have our own gifts, and I’m sure yours are amazing. Mine is just to make random shapes on paper. HA! ;} Enjoy. ;}
Really? A Monday-start planner for a creative type/small business owner and homeschooler all rolled into one? Designed by someone whose taste I adore? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to me. 🙂
Thank you!
I am just starting to homeschool my 3 kids. This couldn’t have come at a better time. Thanks!!
Hello! Where can I buy it?
Hey Anastasia – the planner is free. Links are above! Just click, download and print. The links to the binder, etc. are also above. They are on amazon. Thanks!
Thanks for the free printables; they look great! Any way these could be printed shrunk down to a smaller scale for smaller planners that would fit in your purse??
Hey Christy! It all depends on what type of computer you have and programs. I know you can definitely shrink them down in photoshop, or other programs. OR a local printer could do that for you. I hope that helps! We have so many requests for sizes, this is the one standard size we did. Thanks!
Thank you so very much for these! I was about to buy a printable planner, but spotted this one just in time. Yours is so nice!
Thank you so much for these freebies. I shared you on my blog
http://craftycouplescorner.com/2014/01/02/new-year-new-goals-life-organized-faux-filofax/
I just came across your blog during my search to replace my 2014 inserts for the Martha Stewart discbound planner because they don’t exist in the UK! I have a similar problem to Samantha B, my discbound planner is A5 size. I am considering making my own so I can really tailor them (include birthdays and special dates pre-printed) and I just wondered what kind of software you use to make these gorgeous print outs? Do I need anything fancy?
Thanks!
Hey Natalia – you can use photoshop to shrink them down, or a professional printer, or depending on how and what you have on your computer, shrink them down for your printer, as well. I use illustrator and photoshop – I am a graphic designer by trade, so they are made from scratch. Sorry! If you have a mac, they also have digital calendars on your desk top that you could probably print out. Hope that helps!
Hi, I love it. It`s all that me need. I have 3 children’s and I hope can help me. Thanks for share
Thank you for sharing! They are very nice.
I just want to thank you for putting this all together for us. You are amazing 🙂 Thank you again.
Thank you for being so sweet, Casey! ;} Hope you can use it!
Can’t thank you enough, this is really helpful.. Well, one of the most awesome site I’ve been to. Thank you for sharing your wonderful creation!
hi, love the designs. What kind of paper should i use when printing this?
Hey Joven – I recommend a standard card stock. Hope that helps!
Suggestion! Could you make incentive tags that say just “computer” time rather than “ipad” time for those of use who don’t have an ipad? Or even video game time would be great too.
Love your pages. I, too, LOVE color rather than black & white. Both my boys have learning disabilities who also need the color as well.
Thanks for creating these pages! I am just printing them out now. Hoping it works for us as we are new to homeschooling. 🙂
Suzie
I love this! And i’m like you, very picky about my calendars/planners. This is great. thank you!!
Thank you for sharing this lovely calender! On my first day back at the office it’s helping me to keep my mind from wandering (and inspiring me too!).
Wow, I can’t wait to get started using your planner! Already started printing the pages and I have the perfect binder ready and waiting. I have used daily planners for several years now and for some reason could not find what I wanted at the store this year, so handmade it is!!
Like Danielle said, wow. You are amazing. Keep up the wonderful work you do for your children and yourself. I don’t normally comment, but reading your notes and viewing your homemade planner really gave me hope that one day I can be a mother like you. May you have a happy new, well planned year. x]
Oh my goodness Linda! I fall short in so many ways. Thank you so much- I hope you can use and enjoy them! ;}
EVERYTHING causes birth defects and/or cancer in the state of California. No joke, that warning is on nearly everything in this state. I live here so I see it everyday. I am sure your life or the life of your offspring is not truly in peril if you purchase that binder. No more than it will be by just stepping foot within this state. (And isn’t it funny how it can cause birth defects in California but not in, say, Arizona?) 😀
Thank you for all of these organizational supplies. I am indebted to you for sharing them. Here’s hoping for a more organized 2014!
Hey! Thanks so much Amy! I am so glad you can use it! ;}
I love all the great stuff on here! I’m so glad I found ya’ll! Thanks! Is there a blank template for the certificates? I would love to make all sorts of different ones for my kids to earn. LOVE ALL the COLOR COMBOS on here too. Can you tell I’m excited? Lol!
Hey Rachel! Thanks for the suggestion! I will be posting more free printables throughout the year and when I can. These just started out as mine that I shared, so I know they were specific. I will be doing more soon!
Do you see any planners as my wife is fighting for her life yet likes us to try and stay organized with getting her life saved etc and it’s very hard to find a good planner for her us as we need 2.
Am I able to buy 2 from you as she is too sick to do anything like this right now ?
Thank you or suggestions on where I can go by an affordable one?
Thank you very much ,
Brian, So sorry to hear about your wife. The planner is actually free so you could just take it to your local printer and ask them to print it for you. If you are in need of the binder amazon is a great place to grab one. We are praying for your wife’s fight.
I LOVE this! omg
You’re my soul mate.
I am so thankful that you took the time to do this! I am so impressed with your blog and all that you have on it. Finding this today has been a big blessing to me. I pray that God will bless your family richly for all that you are doing:)
Thank you so very much, Malisa. That is too sweet! Same to you!!! ;}
I love you!! Thank you very much for this. Hard work and wonderfull. Love it 🙂
WOWWWW….
that is a HUGE lovable cute functional sharing you have here….
thank you… thank you…
thank you… thank you…
thank you… thank you…
Your post is amazing, I really love the planner and will be very helpfull for my year. Thank you very much for sharing it!
Thanks for the planner!! This is just what I was looking for!! The colors are gorgeous! All that is missing is a coordinating meal planner to go with it.!!
Ha! I’m glad I don’t live in California! LOL, but seriously, thanks for the cool printables. 🙂
Oh my gosh! Why did I have to be behind on my blog reading? This is AWESOME! This is exactly what I had been looking for but hadn’t been able to find. I had bought something else & might just have to put that one in the trash because this one is ideal. Thank you for putting this together & sharing with us. Sadly, I keep an e-calendar that our whole family can see & then write out a calendar. I just love having a paper calendar. Happy 2014!
Thank you very much for sharing all of your planner pages for us, super cute and I’m looking forward to printing and assembling my planner tomorrow 🙂
This planner is absolutely amazing! Seriously it’s so hard to find nice planners nowadays. Thanks so much !
Amazing work! So inspiring, love it so much! Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for this! I have been looking everywhere for a free planner and this is perfect! I love it! The only thing I need is the binder. Can you tell me what type of binder you are using. I tried clicking on the link but it says that it can’t find the page. Thanks again!! 🙂
Hey Ashley – Sorry for the slow response. The original binder was called a Wilson Jones WorkStyle Cut and Sewn Round Ring Binder, 1 Inch W31903 – I can’t seem to find it anywhere either. I may have to link up to a “replacement” that’s cute if I can find one. Again – it works with any three ring. Thanks!
JK try here http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Jones-Binder-Round-W31903/dp/B004HY9IJE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390671301&sr=8-1&keywords=Wilson+Jones+WorkStyle+Cut+and+Sewn+Round+Ring+Binder%2C+1+Inch+W31903
I am planner obsessed and as others have said, I have not found one that I’m in love with. Until now! Thank you so much for sharing!
I did see your warning about the planner binder itself but the link isn’t working and I wanted to check it out. My own general search isn’t yielding anything. Can you provide the link again?
Thanks!
Hey Heather – the original binder was a Wilson Jones WorkStyle Cut and Sewn Round Ring Binder, 1 Inch W31903 but I can’t find it anywhere either – the one I DID find was 60 bucks. NICE. Again, any three ring binder will do! I will try to find a “replacement” to link up to. Thanks!

Yes! I actually stumbled upon it after posting here. It’s sitting right in front of me here on my desk, already! Thank you so much!
Oh, it’s beautiful!! Thank you so much for making this available, and for free!! I’m getting organized before my twins are born in a few months, and a planner was high on the list. I have made my own in the past that worked, but they were not PRETTY like yours! The color is very inspiring. I loved the included homeschool planner. By the way, I was able to shrink the page down using PowerPoint so I could print it for my 8.5×5.5 binder. Yay!
Hi!. I love your planner! I finally found a planner that fit for me. And i am so blessed that it is for free. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!. May God Bless you and Your Family.!
xoxo.. 😀
Thank you! Enjoy! ;}
I found this on pintrest!!! I love this planner i’m getting my printer ready for all the printing!! the only thing is the link for the notebook, when i click it comes up as “nothing found” ive tried on two different computers! i read that this will fit any binder but im interested in the one in the picture is there any way you would be able to send me the link? thank you!!
Hey Ashley – I can’t seem to find it anywhere either, but again, this will fit any three ring binder. The original brand I linked to is Wilson Jones WorkStyle Cut and Sewn Round Ring Binder, 1 Inch W31903 – the one I found was 60 and not what we paid. GROSS. I hope that helps, though!
JK try here http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Jones-Binder-Round-W31903/dp/B004HY9IJE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390671301&sr=8-1&keywords=Wilson+Jones+WorkStyle+Cut+and+Sewn+Round+Ring+Binder%2C+1+Inch+W31903
omg thank you so much!!! like i said im getting ready to print some pages now and this will help a lot when i start school!!!
I love this post! Extremely helpful especially for a college student. The planners are the most colorful and pretty I’ve seen on the internet. Thank you!
This is FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for sharing!
I was just wondering if there is any way you could post this but without the dates in the month view calendar? I think the original is great but that way we can re use and reprint even next year, but just plug in the new dates!!! Thanks so much for you hard work though 🙂
No worries- This post has gotten such great feedback we’ll have a new freebie next year. Stay tuned! 🙂
I needed a few calendar pages to put on a happy-scrappy clipboard that hangs on the wall near the mail table, so I wanted the pages to be cute (and free!). I did a Google search and found your blog with the perfect free printables. Thank you so much for sharing these goodies. It’s SO nice of you to share. 😉
I love these! I’m using them for all of my college homework due dates. I promised this semester to be more organized. Thanks so much! 🙂
-Jackie
That’s sooooo nice!
I got a calender for this year already, otherwise I could consider this.
You should contunue this tradition next year. 🙂
Hey how do I download this ? Where is the hyperlink ?
The links are all throughout the post. ;}
Thanks so much for sharing this! Exactly what I was looking for 🙂 Beautiful work.
Oh my gosh!! I love this! Thank you so much for sharing it!! Please tell me you are doing one for 2015 as well??!! 😀
yes! go ahead and pencil us in! ;}
Awesome! So excited! I love your stuff! 😀
Hi! Thank you for sharing your awesome talent!
I’ve been indecisive whether or not I should buy a planner (too pricey) or buy an app (I love using my tech but I prefer writing down my plans just cause I feel it’s easier). So, I tried to search and couldn’t find any cute stuff to print until I found your site!!!!
Loving it!!! just printed the monthly planner.
I do have a question though, do you happen to have the weekly in just one doc instead of split days?
Thank you!!! 😀
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Although not a Home School Mom, I am a recently-very-sick-little-girl-mom and these super fun super colorful pages FINALLY fit what she is looking for to track all her medical “stuff”…and it is a lot for a tween to keep track of.
Very sorry about your daughter – she’s in our prayers. I hope she is better soon + I am glad this might help.
Thank you so much for making & sharing this! I’ve been looking for a planner and had trouble finding just the right one, but this is perfect! And I can’t believe it’s FREE! Wow! Thank you!!
I also shared a link to it on my blog: http://www.bridgidgallagher.com/blog/62-picking-a-planner-for-2014
🙂
This is Fantastic! I never expected to find anything like this when I typed in free printable calendar/planner. I Love it! I was not able to find anything in the stores as perfect as this. TFS! Dawn
Thank you, Dawn!
Thank you for being so generous! I’ll wait for next year’s design too! Thank you very much!
All the love from Philippines
This is awesome! I’m going to pin it in case I can ever get into the planners. I really should use them!
Wow! These looks nice!!! 🙂
Oh I do hope you do this again next year. I’m not very good at organizing and I have found the solution at last. Great pages for writing in appointments with our clients. As a personal assistant I’ve got to be organized and this takes the cake. Thank you so much 🙂
I never understood why people want their calendars to start with Sunday… In Sweden, the week starts with Monday! No matter what! Saturday+Sunday always has been together, since they’re a weekend, together.
It’s just not logical :S
Anyway, I love your planner! Maybe need to print that one out..!
Thanks for your free printable weekly calendars! It is a huge help.
Ashley,
1. You are the most creative!
2. You are the most patient (after reading some comments I would have said “Seriously?!!!) well, actually I DID. 🙂 but you didn’t. Wow.
3. You are the most giving (thank you for GIVING this seriously cool planner away)
4. You have grace – and I am grateful.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank you so much, Rosemarie! That means a ton. ;} You are so very sweet! I hope you can use the planner!
Thank you so much for this freebie!! It is amazing and has helped me through nursing school and college =)
SO glad you can use it, Jordan! ;}
hi Ashley, i am really interrested in printing this awesome planner, but i am having trouble downloading it… it keeps opening in microsoft word as abunch of numbers, any ideas? I really want it!!! (:
Bethany – do you have the latest updated version of adobe reader? That’s all I know to try! And if the update doesn’t help, maybe from another computer? I hope it works? ;}
this is awesome!!! how do i install this though?
Hi Michelle! Simply hit the links above for the pages you might wish to use. The PDF should appear on your screen. You can print from there, or save to your desktop. It’s going to be a little different for everyone based on their computer set up… but I hope this helps!
awesome sauce!!!!! xo
i can’t figure out how to download this 🙁
Brandi – just click on the text links above, and it should open up the PDF. If you are having problems on your computer, it may be because you haven’t updated your latest version of adobe reader? It should open up right in your desktop for you to print or save. If not, you may want to try a different computer. I hope this helps a little! ;}
It’s still not showing. Could you copy and paste the link to me?
this is by far the BEST planner I’ve seen. Thank you a million x!
Thank you, Mandy! ;}
whoaaa thank you very much for this x)
THANK YOU !!! you are the best
I really love your set up for the planner! Is there a way you could send me a version that I could edit for my lesson plans? Also the link to the sharpies and the tabs no longer works 🙁
Thanks!
congratulation on the good work.
how can one create a good planner
I am completely overwhelmed by someone who might be more organized than me! Wow! I love these templates. I take care of a retirement community and there are a million things I need to remember to do as well as keep up with office tasks and a personal life. These templates are going to help me stay organized and keep watch over my 100 children (the retired).
I too love the colors but now I need to get obsessed with the tape and find it. 🙂
Thank you.
Rhonda Morin
Assistant Manager of Southern Pines Gracious Living
I am probably much less organized than most everyone who reads this site! I hope you can use it! ;} thank you!
Hi!! I love what you did for the layouts of the planner. But, i’m having trouble printing it. It always print as big as the bond paper that I put in. So? what can I do with it? hahaha.
I tried to print out the planners, but the only option my printer is showing me is to print out the monthly calendars one ONE page — as in, it shrinks it down to be printed on one page, and not on two as is pictured. Any suggestions?
-YB
Thank you!!!! I browse websites in between diapers, dishes, meals, children, work, and lord knows you can fill in the blanks. I always look for printable ways to organize my household. I can never find anything this fitting or perfect!
I completely understand the black and white blending to the point of nonexistence.
Also, the need to write just to cross it off the list…..it is an understatement in my case. I just printed out enough for January and February just to stay uniform and recross off what was completed.
Thank you soooo very much. God Bless You
Just wanted to say thank you for making this. I needed a planner for creating the Summer Reading Game at work, but didn’t want to spend $15 on a planner when budget is tight. I printed this in b&w (lame, but I couldn’t justify the color ink), and it’s been perfect. Thanks!
I love this now! I made a calender for myself, which I am seriously so in love with, and I made one for our Key Club group… I shared this website with my teacher too who loves the idea! Is there going to be an update for 2015? Definitely will want one next year!
Definitely, Rachel! I will need one too! ;} Stay tuned!
Love this! I can’t wait to print this out! Question- for the weekly print outs, did you print them out on both sides? What kind of paper did you use to print?
Hey Melissa! I used a heavy card stock, and we did not print on both sides because I use mine like a sketch book for ideas on the blank parts. But you can run yours back through your printer, or have a professional do it for you! I hope that helps!
Thanks! It does! 🙂
As a new homeschooler oh how I wish I’d had this last fall! But I’m thrilled to have it now. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for this planner!! I really appreciate your generosity. This will help so much with my direct sales business. I’m also a homeschool mom!
es excelente, me encanto , muchisimas gracias por compartir,si yo pudiera crear uno lo haria,pero creo que no se con que herramientas, muchas gracias otra vez,esta genial
I love, love, love planners and list making, so you sound perfectly normal to me!!!! I teach middle school math and am writing the curriculum to make it more relative to my students. Your planner sounds and looks perfect for keeping my ideas, resources, and never-ending to do lists all in one beautiful place!! I can’t wait to get it set up! Thanks so much for the inspiration!!!!
You are awesome!! I like to make lists just to check them off as well. lol. I also teach high school math, and never can I find the perfect planner until now. I shared your website with my entire school! You have some impressive stuff on your site! Thanks for making my day! 🙂
Thank you Amy!
This is amazing!
I know its a little late in the year but wow. I love this! I have been looking for something like this for ages to keep track of everything for school! (year 10 student) Like you I cant work with black and white when it comes to schedules! So this is perfect!!!
Chances of sharing one next year? Cause I know Id be interested!!
Thanks!
Stay tuned! We will definitely be offering a 2015 version next year! ;}
Can someone help me by telling me how to down load this amazing planner? Pleaseeeeeeeeeee
Thank you so much for posting this, this planner is awesome!!!
Love these printables! Hoping to get organized!
The only think I’m not seeing for THIS binder, are meal planning sheets?
Do you have coordinating sheets for that?
Thanks
Kelly Wright
Any chance you can put the weekly views all into one pdf?
It is what it is! And free ;}
I absolutely LOVE everything about this! LITERALLY EVERYTHING! Thank you for making this available to download and print for free! PLEASE tell me that you will be doing this for 2015, too!
Absolutely, Jessica! Stay tuned ;}
Sooooo… I just realized how obsessive that looks to be asking about a 2015 calendar and it is only March of 2014! But reading your posts and looking over your site, I realize that you probably get me! It’s never too early to plan! LOL! Thanks so much, again for all this awesomeness!
I am an art teacher and just love colorful organizational calendars and lesson plan sheets!! School just ended and I’m already thinking about next years calendar because of this :). Thanks for the inspiration and is there any way to post a blank calendar? Thank you so much for not only making this free but taking the time to joy in my (dork alert) paper/calendar/color obsessed world lol!
Thank you so much for allowing this to be readily avaliable – absoultely gorgoeus, your work is stunning and i officially have the best diary/ planner in the office 🙂
Thank you x
Thanks so much for this!!!!!!
Awesome!!
I think is pretty awesome and helpful that you did this =) ty =) they are super cute as well
I just loved this planner, I am a teacher and looking to do my own agenda that fits all my needs and I just loved it so much. Only thing missing is monthly calendars January-May 2015.
ILOVETHIS!! i really wish it was like a undated one so i can use it over and over again!
How do you create these? What application(s) do you use?
I’m so craving to make my own.
You’re inspiring!
hey i just found your website today and thanks for the free planner printable 🙂 im wondering if you can make another calendar with the same themes like this but in year 2015? its okay if you won’t, still appreciate this free planner anyways, thank you! 🙂
YES! Absolutely. Stay tuned! ;}
Any chance you may make a school year length one that goes from July to June? I am teacher and I LOVE your planner!
thank you very much. as a student that have a lot of assignment, i really need this planner. thanks for help me organize my time 🙂
Omg. You are such a genius. I was looking so hard for pretty calendars all over yet I couldn’t find them. I was even willing to pay a website if I could find it. And suddenly I stumbled across this. It’s free! Wow, thank you so much 🙂
Thank you so much for this calendar! I am trying so desperately to get organized while I am off for April break. AND thank you so much for making it free… it is much appreciated and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Thank you! This is wonderful to edit and build my own planner! Very cute, creative and best of all it was FREE. This will make planning (more) exciting! Thank you as well for the links to the cute binder, tabs, etc. Keep being creative and sharing your art with us.
This is amazing planner, very colorful and I love it. May I ask how many pages it has?
Oh and which format size are sheets and planner? Thanks for answer 🙂
This is perfect! I am planning my first year of homeschooling and looking for the right calendar/planner. I would love the 2015 addition as well. Thank you so much! 🙂
this planner is simple yet awesome! some planners are way too expensive. thank you for sharing this.
You guys ARE AMAZING!
Thank you <3
God bless.
This is awesome, just what I’ve been looking for.
Thank you for your fabulous and funny take on things,
oh and the free printables too.
Love love love
Love that you make your own planners (so do I :D) and share them with the world for free!!! Just wanted to let you know that I, too, start my weekly pages on Monday … Including my calendar! Honestly, I think the USA needs to get on the same page as the rest of the world … MONDAY is the first day of the week, people! lol … Love your planner 🙂
I really loved these planners for the year 2014. Its free!! Its amazing!! but i really wish if you guys can sell these online on this website.
I love your open schedule, but before I go through printing it all, I was wondering if you plan to offer it in any other colors? I prefer brights (pinks, greens, blues, purples – the bright version of pastels). THANK YOU!
Just came across this…beautiful. And by the way, almost everything in CA has the cancer warning on it. So over used that nobody pays attention to it anymore. Bureaucracy at its finest
Thank youuu soooo much!
I am truly pleased with these!
For some reason I can’t find the link to download it. Also is there anyway to make a 2014-2015 version for us students going to school? I totally love the look of this agenda though! I want it!!
Alexandrea, we are working on an early release for the 2015 calendar with a August-May version. If you don’t receive our daily emails be sure to sign up so you’ll know when it is out. Thanks!
Is this version still available at the moment? Also how do I sign up for the emails?
I was wondering where you got the tapes? were they also on Amazon
Yes! You can find plenty of washi tape on amazon. ;}
Thank you SOOOOOOOOO much for these wonderful, wonderful creations!!
Thanks, Megan! ;}
Wow! So very very lovely! Please Please make these every year! I will be using this so much! Thank you for your hard work and for sharing your creativity with all of us!
Thank you, Emma!
Hello there!! I really liked what you just made in your planner. I was thinking of making one too for myself but I am afraid to do so. Hahaha 🙂 I’am looking for a planner that starts in June 2014 and ends with May 2015 that is a 8″ X 6″ estimated size. I hope I can find one :)) Haaay.. :)) please help ^^
Please stay tuned, Colleene… we’ve received so many requests, we hope to have one soon. ;}
Hi. I’m Estelle from Hong Kong. Thanks for the Planner sharing. I like the design and the format and the other creative pages !!!!! 🙂 I would like to know what kind of paper did you use to print the planner? Thanks !
Hey Estelle! We just used card stock to print out the planner. I hope that helps!
Yeah, so happy to see your reply. Thank you so much <3!!! Looking forward to your 2015 planner design!!!!!!!!!
I love using your planner but I also love using mini binders! Just wondering if you could make it in the small binder size?
Thank you so much for the free printables that actually are free! I am guilty of spending tons of money on store bought calendars and blank notebooks and anything else I think will help me get and stayed organized. I am always dissapointed to find that, in the end, I have a bunch of things that are useable but not together. This finally allows me to keep ALL of my stuff together!
Thank you soooooo much!!!!!
I love this calendar! I’m Just wondering how you actually made your calendar. What software did you use, and was it difficult to do? I was looking to make my own as well because I want the calendar to be a smaller size than yours, but I am having trouble finding information on how to actually make the calendar on the computer! Thanks!
Hey Kaitlyn! I made it with adobe illustrator. I am a graphic designer by trade. sorry that’s probably not much help!
I’m finishing my Master’s this year, and I needed a good planner that had lots of sections and options to use. The planner given here is the BEST THING EVER. I even shared the link with some friends doing their PhD’s and they loved it, too. It lets me be organised with pretty colors! I hope there is a dynamite 2015 version as well!
Thank you, Tasia. Stay tuned! ;}
I just found your printable calendar, planner and lesson planning printables. I am in love! I run an small Family Home Daycare and am seriously considering homeschooling (for the 3rd year in a row) in the fall. I will be looking forward to a 2015 version!
I cannot believe this is free with how wonderful it is! This is exactly what I’ve been needing in order to run my in home daycare, and I finally found something that works perfectly and includes everything I needed! I am also on a very…very tight budget, so that fact that it is free is just mind blowing. Thank you so much for deciding to share this…especially at no charge!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful creativity! I love all your qwerky little notations on the site. Unlike most web stuff I’ve ever seen or read! You have a way that makes one feel comfortable and welcome. A rarity for the web for those like me that are untrusting and suspicious about a majority of web sites. Thanks again!
Thank you, Tonya!
Thanks for this calendar, it’s better the one that I purchased.
Thank you! 🙂
Love this! Thanks for making it available. Now maybe I can get organized and ahead of the game! I hope pages for 2015 become available, I really want to plan ahead! Thank you for sharing your work.
Stay tuned, Susan. like, really tuned. It will be out VERY soon. ;}
WOW! As a homeschooling, type A personality, uber-planning-freak, part-time-working, also self-employed photographer Mom/wife, I’m totally IN LOVE with this planner! Thank you so much for this freebie!!! I’m so excited to print it and go buy some pretty pens and washi tape I could squeal! 🙂 I am especially excited to find you have pages for lesson planning so I can keep our school stuff and family stuff in one binder. Yay! So… I’m just curious if you’ve designed any month pages without the dates filled in so I could print beyond 2014 since I tend to plan on a 15 month rotation. Thanks so much!
Thanks, Sarah! We’re releasing 2015 tomorrow ;} Stay tuned!
Amazing. Thank you so much for doing this. I was looking for ideas to make my own but no need with these fantastic printables
You ROCK!!
So, obviously I am late to the party. I am a working mom with a 9 month old daughter and am quickly realizing that I can no longer rely on my brain to remember anything and everything that I need to remember! So I am using Organizing Life with Little’s homemaking binder plan – and i LOVE your printables to use with it! Is there a cover page for the 2014 binder like you provided for 2015? I’m planning to go with the standard, run-of-the-mill 3 ring binder with the pocket front and would love a pretty print for the cover!
Also… THANK YOU FOR THESE! This is so awesome. I can’t wait to print everything out!!
Thank you very much for sharing. These are great! I’m so happy I’ll be able tu use these awesome planner.
is there any way you would of been able to make it an editable template? so i could inset my own design at the top 🙂 thanks so much!!
All the way from Australia, is there any chance of getting the remainder of 2014 months in an A5 size? pretty please? 🙂
Do you have a planner for the School year? Like August 2014- July 2015? Thanks!
You can definitely just print out the ones that go from August 2014-July 2015 – that would probably work ;} Thanks!
Hey I loooooove this omg!! It’s just perfect and you’re amazing and really nice for sharing this with everyone. I was just wondering what did you use to create this (program/site? ) Thank you so much <3
Hey Nika! Thanks so much. We used illustrator. I hope that helps!
Okay so I’m probably going to look really dumb for this but I am not computer savvy. I cannot find where to download this from, please help!
Hey, i am not with this site but thought i would share how i did it. If you click on the link and then hover your mouse around the bottom right corner of the page a little pop up should come up to save or print the page. If you save it, it is in PDF format. I use a ASUS computer and my web browser is google chrome.
Hello,
Decided to start making my own planner and these printables are fantastic. Thank You for doing them for free!
Hi 🙂
Awesome Work!
I want to do a agenda for me to for my university time.
But i am from germany, so i need to make it german.
how did you make this? with which program? 🙂
Thanks <3
Hey Sali – I made it in Adobe Illustrator I hope that helps!
Wow! I am amazed! These are wonderful. Thank you so so much for offering all your hard work for free! As a mom to 6 kids, it is hard to budget money for planners when I know I just need to get on a computer and print something up. You just saved me days of work and money! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Wow! Thank you so much miss! These are beautifully designed! I love them. I printed off the ones that fit to my life, and I created my own planner to help me stay on top of work, college life, and personal! Thank you for providing these free! It is so helpful! 😀 <3 I only wish my printer was color!! but black and white is still great! P.S. My week really starts on Monday too!
I just printed your calendar for July since I’m organizing my management binder for a position I took at work. I love the colors you’ve chosen and especially the quote at the bottom. It makes me smile to think that I will get to read that every time I open my binder **It is my FAVORITE quote!** Thank you for the daily smile 🙂
Thanks a lot for sharing this!!! just what I was looking for to organize all my lessons!
I love your planner pages!! However, I am moving to a smaller planner. By any chance, will you be making these available in “A5” size?
Thank you for your time and sharing your amazing creativity!
Tania
You have no idea how much this may help me. I’m a college student and I can not study or even think if I do not write it down. I have bought 2 planners for the past 2 years for school and I’ll use it for like a month and a half then just get bored of it. With this it’s like I made my own (as in I’m adding things to it that I found on pintress DIY area) and having colors to it helps so much!! I always have a sharpie and color pen and highlighter with me. I can’t focus without colors. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
One happy college student!!!
I can really use this. Thank you and god bless you. Peace!
I love this! I had searched everywhere for some monthly planner but nothing impressed me until I ended up here. The design really suit me. I know half of 2014 already passed ._. but I’ll try to use this for my next school-years^^. And that’s why I’m happy to find the 2015 version already available. Thanks a lot^^!
emm, wait.. I found some problems with the Oct-Dec monthly planner. Oh, and Jan 2015 too. Maybe because of not imperfect upload? I’d be glad to get them fixed^^. Thanks again.
This is hands down my favorite planner! It is so versatile and allows me to customize it just for our family. I am wondering though, if you would please consider making it available in a half size. For all those appts we have that we need to make follow-up appts for–it would just be nice to have this available in a size I could throw into my purse. The large one is beautiful on my counter at home, but not so functional to carry around with me to the doctor, dentist, etc.
Thanks though for a beautiful and functional tool.
thank you so much! i’m a senior now and i really need a planner to go through the year so i’ll get into the best uni. and with all the cute design, it makes the planner interesting 🙂 THANK YOU
For a work at home mom of 4 this is very helpfull, and you really know what I need, I am a Event Planner/ Dress & Accessories Maker, If you had any planning ideals for those I could really use them. Staying organized is hard but much needed.
As a student, my school gives planners with all of the school information, but between all of my extra-curricular activities and honors classes, there simply wasn’t enough space. I found that printing this calendar made everything so much easier, and it’s definitely more appealing to the eye. Just one request, I love the calendar, but maybe a different color scheme. The one now is very Crayola-ish. I was asked repeatedly at school about my planner and the first comment from most people was if it came in a different color. Also, the add-ons right now are mostly for moms, but there is a huge demand for these among students too. Thanks.
Hey Alyssa! It’s free, so take it or leave it. Thanks!
Thank you so much for making a wonderfully colorful and free calendar! Attending college and living on a budget has made having a planner a necessity. Again, thank you for taking the time and effort to make these. They truly are a planner’s dream!
Hi, wondering if anyone can help me?
Is the 2014 calender not available to download anymore as i can’t seem to see it?
If so where abouts is it on the page to download?
Thanks
Emma
Hey Emma – thanks so much & apologies for not spying this comment sooner – they’re all in little text links throughout the post so you can pick and choose. Just click, and it should pop up so you can print. Make sure your browser allows things to pop up ;} Thanks so much!
Hi !
I am really in love with this and the new 2015 planner you made. I could honestly say i have never found a planner that actually works for me. I have tried a lot of them and none have seem to work for me like this one. I also would like to know whats the name of the color you used for the blueish color i really love that color but cant seem to find the name or get that exact blue. I would really appreciate it if you would let me know.
Thank you! (:
Hey Jackie! It’s an RGB color G= 169 B = 157 I hope that helps!
Thank you very much for the calendar printables…………they are very useful.
This is amazing! I’m a first year teacher and am printing this off to use as my daily/monthly organizer for lesson plans and such! I was wondering if you plan on making one for the 2015 calendar year?
:} https://www.thehandmadehome.net/2014/06/free-planner-and-calendar-more-2015/
Wow this is amazing!! I have been looking all over for the perfect planner and you nailed it. I can use this for both the ‘Home’ and the ‘Schooling’ part if life. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
Is there a notebook size? so It will be more handy? I super love it though. This is the planner I am looking for. :))
Thank you so much for this. As a mom of 4 and blogger, my life is chaos and this is simply perfect! Thank you for bringing organization to my chaotic life! 😀
I know how much work goes into making these so I am grateful that you have shared them for free! Thank you so much!
Wow! Thank you very much for this planner it’s absolutely amazing and has made my life so much easier! Thanks
This is what I was looking for a long time! IT’S AWESOME. 🙂
I have been trying to find a planner that fits my needs for months, THANK YOU.
Could you tell me what kind of paper did you use to print your planner? Because it looks so pretty, I printed it with ordinary paper sheet but it doesn’t look like your beautiful planner, thank you.
Hey Pilar – I printed it out on Cardstock for better quality and durability ;} I hope that helps!
Thank you. These are so pretty. I appreciate you sharing them.
Thank you soo much for the amazing free planner printables. What a blessing. I was thinking I love the weekly one and had a suggestion for another style of weekly pages. Maybe the same design just withou the large space at the bottom that says “this week”. Thank you again! I will be using these this year for our daily school schedules.
Oh, this is great!! Thank you so much!
This is amazing, thank you! I have spent hours trying to find a planner I like, as this will be our first year homeschooling, and just couldn’t find the right one for me…..until I stumbled upon your page! I also love the colors, bonus 🙂 Thank you!
I just discovered this now and i just can’t! This is so useful and creative. I’m so done with boring and plain planners. Thank you so much for sharing this! I even made my own binder to match the “vibe” of your planner.

I Love Everything! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity!!
Hey! I love these, I am updating my 2014 planner (because I am bored! ;)) but I am looking for the A5 size. Do y’all happen to have the 2014 in that size?? I saw the 2015, and have already downloaded it! But I am missing it in the 2014.
Thanks!
Just awesome! I was looking for some templates to freshen up my filofax. Love, love, love the whole package. Great design. Thank you so much.
Hey – love the 2015 calendar set up for A5 wondering if somewhere on here there is a 2014 A5 version. So I could do a school year calendar for this year in that size. Thanks!!! Love your designs
I seriously LOVE this!!!!
Thank you so much, these are adorable and very much useful for me to organize for my college this year, thank you!
Hey! This is totally awesome! I have been searching non-stop for a planner that I really like and everything is either over priced or is not what I want! I have already printed the 2015 in the A5 size because I like to be able to fit my planner in my purse. Is there a way to print the 2014 in this size also?? I cannot seem to find any links for the A5 size… maybe a setting for the printer??
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for this. It is a great help for me. I am an educator and it helps me to keep up with all my classes and the committees that I am on. I will have to share with my friends. Thanks again.
Thanks for this printable!!! I was lloking for a more adjustable planner (agenda). I love it so much!! I will post to my blog when I finished printing it.
Thanks!
Great blog, I love it!! You said the weeks start with Sundays, but in Spain Saturday and Sunday are together at the end like “your weeks”, you knew it? 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing ^^
Hello! I absolutely love everything you have provided here. Only problem is I have a 5 1/2×8 1/2 binder. Is there any way I can change the sizes? I need everything (down to the homeschooling pages) you have provided and I love how pretty you have made them. I would hate to have to settle for one of the other hundreds of printables that I have been searching when your’s is just right…..minus the size factor of course : )
This is awesome, thank you!!
These printables are so amazing!! Thank you for making them so easy to use, I LOVE them.
Hey,
Just wanted to ask before printing these out, with the weekly inserts, did you print them out double sided with latter end of the week on one side and the beginning on the other, if so can you please share how you did that, as there are two seperate documents for the weeks.
Love the inserts designs by the way!! I’m new to a ‘planner community’ and will definitely be printing out these and the 2015 ones 🙂
KIND REGARDS
Hey Aisha! That all depends on your printer, and how to work it, but you could do one by one, and run the last sheet of paper back through on the opposite side. I left ours, because I use every bit of paper in our planner, and use it as a sketchbook as well, so I prefer blank on one side. A professional printer would be able to do it for you, too. I hope that helps!
Hi there – I’m trying to open your 2015 Calendar – free printable but it keeps loading and never quite opens.
Have you had any other moms enquire about this? Is it just me??
Thank you,
Katie
Hey Katie! We have not had any other complaints – can you check to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader? That may be the issue. I hope that helps!
I would LOVE to have these available in “junior” notebook size–with paper size 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Will you do this sometime or know of anyone who has such a thing? Thanks so much for your beautiful ideas. Now I will use my washi tape guilt-free!
Hiya, just googled today to find calendar/planners & found yours…. Awesome! Thank you so much, am printing off the rest of 2014 & cum January I’ll have colour refills to make the most of your designs. Can’t thank you enough!
Pam : )
Love the calendars! Thank you so much!
Hello! I am a huge planner fan and have been for over 30 years. The problem for me is that most of the pre-printed (buy) planners no longer fit my needs because I am now retired. I still want and need a planner. Your planner is so nice! The calendar in A5 size is big enough for my handwritten notes, but does not take up a lot of space in my binder. the fact that all of this s free is astoundingly generous of you. I really do appreciate that because money is beyond tight and printing my own has proven less costly than buying pre-prnted fillers and tabs. Thank you so very much!
Dianne
This will make my days a lote easier!
