So without further ado, here are a few of our very favorite ideas!
• The Moroccan Banquette
First up, we have the Moroccan Banquette! You’re the well traveled sophisticate, and this neutral combo is still packed full of style with simple hues. We adore the way that layered texture and materials can create something with neutrals.
• Tile – Because tile can be used in the coolest of places, and we absolutely adore this combo.It’s no secret that we adore Jeffrey Court. The Casablanco Marble Mosaic Wall Tile would be amazing on the walls. We love it combined with the Stone Lace Marble Mosaic Tile for the floors. So many fun possibilities!
• Soapstone – Everyone is always talking about countertops in soapstone, what about a table? This fabulous finish from Polycor in Alberene is the things kitchen dreams are made of. On a table, it’s gorgeous finish is carefree and beautiful in its own way. It will tell stories of wonderful conversations for years to come.
• Fabric – Simple blinds in this fabric in a room full of windows would keep it neutral and easy + cushions in the same finish. Pillows in Schumacher’s Zanzibar Linen would bring in so much fun personality.
• Bar – Of course, we’re picturing this fab banquette next to an awesome bar for lots of storage. From coffee to fabulous conversation starters, you never know what you can use it for. Cabinets in SW’s Bohemian Black + these awesome knobs would make a svelte finish. We would love it backed in more of that awesome tile.
The Jack and Jill Bath
Because the smallest of shared spaces can be colorful and carefree.
• Tile – A great way to bring in major personality to the bathroom, we’d love to see this Bronson Marble Mosaic Tile all the way to the ceiling behind the mirrors in the vanity for architectural interest. We also adore it paired with this nice grey bevel subway to add an unexpected combo in the bath/shower area.
• Wallpaper + Fabrics – We brought in one of our own fave prints in everything is coming up roses for lots of personality. Combined with our fabric in a fun take on a shower curtain really livens up the space. Fab towels from here. {Knobs = vintage find}
• Vanity + Countertop – We adore a beautiful, simple stain similar to Varathane’s here. It would make an awesome contrast to the light and bright to bring in beautiful wood tones. Of course, Polycor’s beautiful marble countertops – White cherokee for the win – would make an excellent finishing touch.
• The Classic Kitchen
Is there a better combo than fresh whites, classic warm hues and beautiful blues? We didn’t think so. This kitchen practically screams hospitality all year round, and it’s winning in these fresh contrasting ideas with a lean toward the classic. Makes you want to sit down and eat some apple pie with Grandma. Just saying.
• Tile – Jeffrey Court’s Allegro White Herringbone brings in a delicate, classic sensibility in its beautiful pattern. We’ love to see this on the backsplash!
• Wallpaper + Fabrics – Our pleased as plaid wallpaper would rock the space. Similar towel from here.
• Cabinets + Countertops – We’d love to see simple white cabinets in SW’s White Flour {the name just feels appropriate for the space} combined with Polycor’s Saint Henry Black.
• Hand juicer + Plate – because those are important too – from here + here. Similar knobs from D. Lawless here for a little unexpected polish.
