It’s part eight in this little series, y’all!
If you’ve been tuning in for a while now, then you know we’ve been a part of the Waverly inspirations challenge, where every month we receive some more goodies in the mail. And from those goodies, we create something with their fabulous products.
So for our first round, we decided to tackle a fun summer tablescape.
With round two, a diy art case for back to school!
This awesome menu planner {If we do say so ourselves} for round three.
Our Halloween Totes for round four – you could change them for any every day occasion! So much fun.
This owl wreath to warm up our home for fall right before moving in… was our little project for round five
For round six, we did a fun Thanksgiving tablescape for the kiddos, along with some free printables!
And for round seven… the theme was Deck The Halls – with some easy wrapping ideas.
This round just had a new years vibe. When we opened up the box, we saw it and knew we needed to have a little gathering to celebrate.
Yes, our friends are pretty much accustomed to it by now… and we did do it a little early and just because. It’s how we roll sometimes to bring fun ideas. Everyone’s always game for some early celebrating, though. Yolo, y’all.
We knew that this fabric was the perfect piece for a table runner to set the backdrop with colorful displays. So run it, we did. And added all the goodies.
We created some little new years resolutions printables… because what’s the good in a new years party if you can’t write down all your good intentions goals?
And swizzle sticks with mini banners to make anyone smile, layered with glitter ribbon.
Use them to help with serving your goodies, or for ridiculously celebratory drinks.
What’s a partay without a cheese tray and prosciutto? Yes please.
No, I still can’t pronounce it.
We used Waverly’s striped ribbon to accent little confetti bags to ring in the new year.
And then brought in shots of bright color to contrast with the black and white.
Confetti filled balloons and a mirror ball topped it all off.
It didn’t take a lot to throw this together… just a little bit of fabric to join our two end tables together, and these fun printables.
Along with some vintage goblets and some great little plastic ones we found at Walmart for the kiddos – Tada! It’s a partay.
On a happy note, almost everything we used here {besides some of our vintage pieces} is from Walmart. Winning.
Want these printables? Just click + print… we like to use a heavier stock for pieces like this:
Banner: {H/a/p /p/y – n/e/w – y/e/a/r}
Swizzle sticks/mini banners: {have another / help yourself / cheers}
Resolution pages: {this year}
As always let us know if you use them with the hashtag #thehandmadehomefreebies on instagram!
We’d love to see! Have a safe and happy holiday season.
