our very favorites in the history of ever {august 2014}

It was time for another installment in this series : Our very favorite posts in the history of ever.

And a round up of August! We think that in our little corner of the www sometimes the good stuff is buried. And sometimes, it’s totally missed. {We had some technical difficulties these last few days, so you may not have seen these before.} We think it’s good to have a little round up of sorts!

So without further ado… Enjoy a look at the past.. and present Handmade Home.

  1. I love it all. I love the recipes, spiritual growth type, family functioning/organizational, diy, crafty, personal stories…all of it. I even love the home schooling info even though I’m not currently home schooling.

    Keep up the great work!

  2. I am in love with that loft! Wow! Great use of space, beautiful details!

    I am also enjoying your love story! Fun to hear how God brings people together!

    My husband and I met at Bible School. A friend of mine liked him, so we would talk together. Later when she turned her interest to another, Tim and I were invited to go along with them, as chaperones, on their dates. I still remember the night riding in the front seat with him, that I got butterflies in my stomach and thought, “Wow!” The rest is history!

    Happy weekend!

  3. I just this morning proudly purchased 1 dozen Kroger cupcakes and took them to my son’s preschool. Did I spend $9 on 12 cupcakes? Yes I did. Did it save me loooots of time and a significant portion of my sanity? Yes it did. Thanks for letting me learn from your mistake 😉

    (PS I emailed you/Jamin about a possible giveaway. I’m super excited!)
