3 easy gift ideas with clay {and talk of the town!}

Today, we thought we’d do a little spinoff of our coasters, and share three easy gifts from clay in our next video installation – if you’re thinking of going that handmade route this holidaisical season!

A few weeks ago, we were honored to be included again on Nashville’s News Channel 5 Talk of the Town– where we shared our marbleized coasters for the holidays!

{Their main page can be found here Talk of the Town.}

We loved seeing Meryll, and had the honor of doing a little snippet again… this time we shared how to make our marbleized coasters with her fabulous co host, Lelan Stanstom.

Oooo and bonus round – a guest on the show that day, was none other than Diary of a Wimpy Kid’s Jeff Kinney. It was pretty cool to meet the guy who totally got our oldest into reading {We still remember the day Aiden picked up a copy in the first grade, and couldn’t put it down}. We shameless asked him for a pic to show the kids, and he signed their first copy of Diary of Wimpy Kid. He just released a new book!

Bonus: Jeff is also most definitely the nicest guy ever. We’re so happy for him and all his success.

Also, we’re the nerds who have a little too much fun on set.

I was fighting off a cold that day so I was raspy voice girl. But my parents, as only parents can proudly do, took photos of the TV afterwards and sent them to us. 😀
