It’s that time of year again.
I know a lot of people don’t want to take their wonderful festive-ness down, but I always look forward to it, if it’s safe to confess. Honestly, I think it’s the freshness of it all. Once I get past the slightly drowsy and perpetually confused state that is me on Christmas morning and beyond, of course. And with that, when time allows, I always go into purging mode. There’s something about having the giant Christmas tree gone that throws me a little off-kilter, and I think sometimes I’m looking to compensate by starting a big purge.
In the past, we’ve loved sharing this little series here. And we thought, just in case you’re ready to simplify for the new year, to get you started with a fire under your bootay, here are a few of our all time faves in the lazy gal’s guide!
The clutter lovin’ quiz – start by figuring out what kid of clutter lover you are.
Purging – ten mantras to live by – and how to apply those rules to all things simplifying!
Purging with your kids – the great conundrum that is smuggling crayons to the trashcan…when no one is looking.
Cycles are totally normal – the lazy gals guide and how to work through them with the new year when all the excitement dies down.
Guilt vs. conviction – the difference, and how to stay focused.
Where to start: ten things to purge right now – and what to really hone in on.
Getting started – and how it can help.
We hope this helps get you started in the process… and a little motivation if needed! We’re personally ready to hit a few areas in our own house and can’t wait to get started! What are you currently working on? What is something you struggle with in all things purging and simplifying? We’d love to hear from you!
Have an inspired day!
