Hello friends! The ever creative Michelle from Iron and Twine is back today, with a great, affordable approach to spring flowers in delightful little arrangements. She’ll have you itching to get into the spring spirit, with a green thumb to boot! So without further ado…
Who is ready for Spring?!
It may be a tad bit early to start planting, but after this cold, harsh winter I couldn’t help myself. This year I’m determined to have a green thumb, so I set out to my local Lowes in the hopes of making three potted arrangements for around $10 each (keep in mind options and prices may vary in your area). Here are the arrangements I came up with to display in vintage galvanized buckets on my front porch.
I love Cosmos for their colorful blooms and I love White Saxifragas for their white flowers and fern like foliage. Paired together this makes one carefree wildflower-like arrangement.

This pink geranium brings height and color to this arrangement. Rosemary brings texture and fragrance. And Dusty Miller is hands down one of my favorites! Add it to any arrangement for a watercolor like hue!

This one is a classic go-to of mine. The Snow Cone Candytuft will bring bright white flowers through summer and ivy adds just a touch of English Garden.
