Well, we woke up with a crazy snow day this morning! One moment we’re planning for a poolside spring break in Nashville, and the next… we’re sledding. This feels a bit like the big blizzard in spring of ’93 for original Alabamians. It’s crazy weather! This week on the handmade home:
• st. patrick’s day party ideas and free printables
• in the works – spoiler alert {even though I hate them}
• 6 simple spruce ups for spring
• this new project we’re taking on, for the addition!
Pssstttt… don’t miss our giveaway with Green Machine, here!
Here are a few of our faves on the www this week:
• a home tour on zillow gone wild – and check out their facebook page while you’re at it.
• this fun article about xennials
• an amazing diy art idea
• an awesome outdoor space
• a happy spring snack mix
• this adorable ticket box idea
What are some of your faves from the www this week?
Have an inspired day!

That winter storm happened in April 10, 1993
At this time I lived in Niceville, Florida wearing shorts and flip flops
My children and I went to Clayton, AL to pick up their dad then we drove to
Vicksburg, MS right before the storm hit, didn’t know about the storm coming
was not prepared clothes wise for it, we survived.

Crazy! I was 13. We were living in Birmingham and a ton of college kids were stranded on their way to spring break that a family member knew – we took them in. It was a blast for me because I was just a kid but we played non stop in the snow!
