I hate spoilers. I really do. So much so, I can’t even watch previews to check out the movie right before watching them, because most of the time, they share the whole thing in a highlight reel and then it’s not as good.
I realize sometimes that “spoilers” are a little bit of what we do. And maybe I’m being weird. As far as the sneak peek category is concerned, it’s good to show a little something behind the scenes every now and again. I know that sometimes you guys like to see, and since I’m pretty frustrated with the way all things {pandemic, etc.} have affected all the little things in our jobs, we have quite a few projects in holding patterns right now. And quite a lot to be excited about. Since this is total champagne probs, I thought, why not share a few things we have in the works here? So here we are today with a sneak peek despite my never ending inner turmoil: in the works!
A primary bedroom expansion + bath redo:
This particular space has been so much fun, we can’t give too much away with the before… This space right off their bedroom is a new sitting area, that will now be a part of their house, even though it was a an outdoor deck before.
We’re loving amazing additions like these Jeffrey Court tiles, paired with oh so pretty Kichler lights…
And I’ve already shown too much, but I couldn’t resist “spoiling it” with a view of this gawgeous tub. This floor literally glimmers in the light. We’re so close – just waiting on a window! Because Covid and windows!
This light is eye candy for sure and we love what it’s doing for the space.
On a side note, I feel like I’ve done my job when our sweet clients heed my advice on art hanging height. Everyone tends to go a little higher than needed and this one is perfect!
A kitchen renovation:
These clients have been so patient, even taking out the demo portion themselves! We can’t wait to see their finished space alongside the before to show you what a drastic change this will be. She’s basically a gourmet cook so I know they’re ready to have it all put back together.
Obsessed with the eye candy that is hardware from Dlawless, and more fabulous lighting from Kichler! But aren’t these pendants amazing?!
We couldn’t be more excited to pull all this together.
A primary bath renovation + bedroom redo:
Let’s just start with a fabulous glimpse of this amazing tile from Jeffrey Court, shall we?
And has their been a prettier toilet space? These flowers are fun because they have a masculine edge, too. And with the black, it’s perfection.
Again, I’m showing too much. But this light. And this tile. Yaaaasssssss. Turns out, I like spoilers.
The mirror {we love it so much, we’re putting it in our own bath} + vanity light combo isn’t bad, either, if we do say so ourselves.
It’s just oh so yummy.
I think their bedroom design was more like a rough draft, but we do have some fun ideas in the works here, too!
A basement renovation:
This tile. Oh my word. I’m now wishing we’d used it in our own spaces, coming up. Hazards of the job, I guess?
Can this BE anymore gorgeous?
Just to give you an idea, here’s this wall before… and I won’t show you too much here. This space is a TOTAL transformation.
As you can see, we’ve been busy designing a LOT of cabinetry and vanities.
This basement will be multifunctional, from a studio, to an entertainment space and more… I love a nice stair rail detail, too.
Wait until you see the adorable tiny bathroom we have planned!
We’re pulling in all the details now, and this is the fun part. And it’s been a year in the works.
Off the Ground:
Those are our immediate spaces coming up for our sweet clients who have been so patient!
And in the meantime, we have a few of these projects, too. Just another sneak peek of things in progress…
Just a little sneaky peeky of furthering some outdoor plans!
And a kitchen design, currently being finalized, too… with all the little details.
So just a little bit of that behind the scenes stuff…. with a lot more to share on the way!
So why on earth some of these things seem to come in waves. As much as we wish we could stagger our projects, we know it’s just not possible right now with the state of everything. But these are a few things we have in the works, and we’re thrilled to share a few pieces of eye candy with you!
Have an inspired day!
Pssst… check out our own addition update, here!
