handmade savvy saturday
Happy Handmade Savvy Saturday! We’re celebrating Christmas early this year, so Jamin and I ventured to the mall for some last-minute gifts yesterday between client meetings. I was quickly reminded why I never venture to said mall and always try to order my gifts like a regular person in my pajamas on the internet. But alas, there’s always something forgotten or needed. It was crazy how crowded it was. It’s the most over-stimulating time of year, and I was also reminded why it’s important to give back and take a moment for you. Both of those things are sometimes integral in their relationship to one another. We’re in your corner this holiday season. Here are a few things you may have missed this week on the handmade home:
• New windows with Window World + a progress update on this massive project
• Stained glass monograms
• Christmas crafts to make now
• Our take on winterizing tools with Green Machine
• Changes we love with Window World
• And don’t miss our gift guide, especially if you need some ideas now!

So, without further ado, here are a few things we love on the www this week:
• The57-year love story behind this year’s Rockefeller Christmas tree
• Looking this year? 13 mistakes high school students make when choosing a college
• This amazing recipe for huevos rancheros
• This sweet photo
• How to make these adorable patch ornaments
• Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs
• It’s the most over-stimulating time of year: A mental cleanse challenge
• 25 things about life I wish I had known 10 years ago
What are some of your faves from the www this week? We’d love to hear. Have an inspired day!
