merry and bright christmas mantel

We’ve not-so-slowly been decking the halls, since just after Halloween. Basically because we needed a little grateful sparkle that included Thanksgiving. So today, we’re thrilled to share our merry and bright Christmas mantel, with a few of our favorites all rounded up into one place, sharing theirs, too!

Every year we add a little something extra to the stuff we already had, to brighten it up. We just dabble here and there in various places of our home, but there’s definitely something we love about the tried and true decorations, over and over again. This year we freshened up with a few little changes but it stayed mostly the same.

The quote from one of my favorite Christmas songs seemed about right.

We switched out our colorful springtime art for a classic chalkboard – we especially love them in green. We also loved bringing in our little candle holders on each side, for another dose of color. {Some of the items below may be affiliate links

We’re all about color and personality for everyone’s stockings!

We actually used the fabulous knit stockings from Balsam Hill  – {I believe the others were some simple white ones similar to this– from Target} And accented them with glittered letters + handmade tassels.

We added this fun faux eucalyptus + this garland + brought in some of our favorite ornaments to layer.

We even loved adding these tiny twinkle lights for a little sparkle.

The pom pom garland is so fun, I’d usually make my own. But I couldn’t beat the price on this one or the fluffiness. Sometimes pomp poms take forever to make, and when you have a whole lot more on your list… you just scoop it up and call it a day. The colors were perfect with what we already had

Of course what’s a space without a little sparkle?

We love our mirrorball {large and in charge, mind you} to brighten up any room.

Thanks so much for tuning in today on our little merry and bright Christmas mantel!

We hope that the holidays aren’t too crazy for you this year and that you’re able to enjoy a fabulous holiday season.
