Hey all you summertime party animals!
We know that it’s probably that time of the year for you. You’re done with the zoo and the trips and the playdates and museum and the projects and camp and all the things. Cue me, laying out at the pool with nothing else on my agenda because absolute burn out. {I wish.} #netflixisyourparentnow
We love summer. But we’re also tired. And we thought it’d be the perfect time to share a great summertime recipe that the kids can easily help with, along with some of our friends! {Check out all the details below.} We’re sharing our fave recipe for Raspberry Lime Popsicles!

It’s our fave sweet and sour perfect-for-the-pool recipe.
They’re the perfect mix of raspberry and lime, sour and sweet.
If you’d like to try your hand at some of your own, here’s what you’ll need:
• Popsicle maker + sticks – we love this one for easy flexibility, storage, freezing and clean up.
• Raspberries – 1 1/2 cups
• Limes – 2 TBSP
• Water – 1 1/2 cups
• Agave – 6 TBSP
• Juicer – we like this one and shared it in our marg post
Blend all your ingredients into a blender, and then you’re ready to pour into the molds! This recipe yields 9 popsicles.
Note: You also have the option to strain the seeds at the end, if that’s something you think will bother your kiddos. Just something to keep in mind.
Pour them into the molds and let sit for at least 6 hours or until frozen! Tada! Your very own popsicles. Here’s a little video we made just for the ocassion. I also not-so-secretly feel like I’m winning because they’re getting an extra dose of fruit. It’s the little things.
It’s a big hit with the kids.
Side note: why does my youngest look like the high school quarterback crush who just stopped by the pool to hang with his friends with his perfect model hair at the young age of almost-ten? Stop growing, please.
Also, if you make homemade popsicles and then don’t photograph them artfully in an ice-filled tray with fruity remnants and a stripey towel… did it even happen? Not a food blogger, but I do enjoy a little ridiculous styling every now and again. Just felt like you guys should know I don’t serve them at the pool like this. In my mom stilettos.
The pool boy does. {HA!}
As always, let us know if you try them. We’d love to hear!
They’re definitely a hit!
