There’s something about seasonal transitions that make changing up the home, really fun. And it’s the simple projects that can make everything seem fresh. We decided to take on these simple diy napkin holders with Elmer’s Wood Glue, and it was the prefect project.
We decided these easy peasy napkin rings were just the answer to dressing up our tabletop. Big on style, and so simple, they were just fun to make.
What I love about this project is that it’s so simple, but you can also add color and layers to your heart’s content.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Elmer’s Carpenter’s Wood Glue
• Wooden napkin rings
• A table, to show off your mad style
We simply took the wooden napkin rings and added glue. Then layered up as we went.
It’s crazy how fast it dried.
Bonus: this glue works perfectly for outdoor projects, too!
We’ve used it for so many things over the years like frames and more. It’s really a great tool to have in your arsenal.
When they were dry, we were ready to add them to our simple tablescape.
It’s been a while since I’ve dressed up this table in particular, and sometimes it’s the little things.
We just love a fun, straightforward project.
There’s something about that natural element added to all the color that looks so fun with contrast!
As always, let us know if you try it. We’d love to hear.
Have an inspired day!
