Hey guys! We’re thrilled to be back with another installation of Coffee Talk!
We took a bit of a hiatus from our videos with all things summer and kiddos and our own renovation we’ve had in the works, so we’re thrilled to be back with a new series.
pssst: this is the first in our series!

This one is called The Psychology of a Renovation. You may remember our last series on all things renovation, where we took it from both a homeowner’s approach {because we’ve been there before} but also a designer and contractor’s approach. We were thrilled to tackle some tough questions in designers and contractors 101, and give the entire process a little more of a realistic take while breaking a little bit of the mystery down. If you’re interested in those, you can check them out here:

FAQ’s
This new series is really fun, because we’re approaching it from a psychology standpoint. A lot of times with what we do, we honestly feel like we spend a lot of time counseling our amazing clients. There are a lot of patterns we’ve seen in different stages, and people are worried about their return investment. Or cost. Or the unexpected. We see it happen over and over again in various ways.
We get it. We did it, too with our own house.
These are real things, and TV doesn’t always cover the seemingly scary or unexpected parts, like budget, unhappy surprises behind walls, realistic timelines and more. So we’re here to face them all head on, and we’re thrilled to cover them as we go.
This first intro video is on all things spending and approaching your home as an experience. Experiences are all the rage right now, and we totally get it. However, we’re approaching it from a new perspective.
We hope you enjoy!
As always let us know if you have any questions. We’d love to hear!
Have an inspired day!
