5 inspiring entryway combos

It feels SO good to almost have this little home set up, and one of my favorite elements is actually having a bit of a functional foyer for the first time in a decade.

Our last home was so custom, it felt as though we were leaving half of it behind when I was packing up. A hall tree, banquettes, bookshelves, window seats, and more… were a big portion of our remodel and what made our 1970’s something home so functional. So starting fresh in a lot of ways has felt like pineapple turnover in our new abode.

I’ve also been playing the game of who gets what next year for college, so it’s like putting together a gigantic puzzle with moving parts. Alongside client work, I’m still kind of exhausted. I was happy to add some character and anchor the entryway space… providing a little extra storage in the process. I scored these on a discount, and I’m thrilled to share them today! {More on that below}

Of course, it’s also one of the most difficult areas to shoot because it doesn’t really do the area justice. But it’s still fun to pull together. I’ll be doing a whole little house tour for anyone curious later, but in the meantime… I thought I’d round up some of my favorite entryway pieces for anyone who’s interested.

So without further ado: 5 inspiring entryway combos! Because sometimes it’s all about the right pairings for a cozy, welcoming entry. {Some of these may contain affiliate links – thank you so much for your understanding + support!}

  Entryway 1: console / lamps / mirror / book sources: 1, 2 / baskets / rug
{so soft in real life – I just purchased this one for Emerson’s room}

Entryway 2: art / lamps / console / baskets / rug
Entryway 3: table / rug / sconces / art

Entryway 4: table / bench / rug / lamps + shade / art

Entryway 5: dresser – this is a forever piece / mirror {already owned} / rug {similar one here} /
lamp purchased on sale + shade {embelished with vintage ric rac I already had in my stash}

We hope you’ve been inspired by this little round-up today, and maybe it’s given you some ideas. As always, let us know if you try any of these. We’d love to hear. Have an inspired day!
