Update: Thanks to the sweet reader who corrected me. Originally I wrote 2020, meaning 2021. I have no idea what day it is, let alone the year. ;} Happy Saturday anyway!
Anyone else feel like this first real week into 2021 was kind of bizarre? I think we just want to feel normal again. We were online learning and with a snow day thrown in, it felt even weirder. Either way, we’re really glad that the weekend is here. And we’re really ready for the apocalypse to pass.
Here are a few things you may have missed on the handmade home this week:
• a look back at some of our favorite posts from the year
• the winter edit with wayfair and a look at 2021 trends
• the handmade home planner 2021 – just a friendly reminder
• how to bring colors into your bedroom
So without further ado, here are a few of our favorite finds from the www this week:
• working from bed is actually great
• take a glass train ride to see the wild west
• this never before scene from the office
• I think we’ve already shared this one, but it’s so fun we’re sharing again
• this quote on parenthood
• these adorable heart pillows
• how to become a lagomer
• these fun ways to display books
Thanks so much for tuning in today guys! What are some of your faves from the www this week? Can you tell by our photo that we’re already ready for spring? 😀 Hope that you have an amazing rest of the weekend and an inspired day!

“Anyone else feel like this first real week into 2020 was kind of bizarre?” (May want to fix your typo of the year, I find it tricky to remember to update the YEAR) I cannot remember the first week of 2020… but this 2021 is very different than ever before. 7th grader at home, school on Chrome book while lying in bed, chatting with classmate on phone as they work on a joint project. That to me has been one of the strangest things so far! Two friends in Covid quarantine, so spent my day yesterday picking up their medications from different pharmacies in different areas of town, then grocery shopping for the things that were left off of their home delivered groceries & delivering those. This morning taking 7th grader for his basketball team pictures – not actually the team, it was a scheduled time for individual picture that will be photoshopped into a team picture since cannot have a group together for picture. But the sun is shining in Ohio, and I’m here to enjoy it!
