Stephanie wrote us with a great question that went like this: “…I’m curious to know what some of your very favorite changes are when it comes to client spaces? Can you show us some of your favorite before and afters? Or link up to those spaces? I am kind of new and would love to see some of your favorites…”
This is a great question, because we have loved taking on special projects and renovations for clients for years now. But picking a favorite space for us, is a lot like choosing a favorite child. It’s not possible, to be honest. We rounded up some anyway, as little blasts from the past. I even put them into categories, to make it a little easier. {They’re listed in no particular order.} Here are a few of our faves: Our Favorite Client Before and Afters!
1. Our Favorite Client Before and Afters: Kitchens
The heart of the home, sometimes it’s a total redo, and other times it’s polishing up the edges for practical changes. Here are a few of our faves so far:

This one took a much-needed change with a fresh layout, and definitely opened up the entire space.
Modern Kitchen Update
This modern kitchen update was such a fun change, opening up the walls from the 1990s to the modern day with classic touches.
Happy Kitchen Renovation
This happy kitchen renovation took everything to the next level in a cozy way. We love the fun colorful vibes it added!
Chapman Lane Project
This kitchen was fondly named the Chapman Lane Project. It’s such a pretty little change with before-and-afters, and it’s crazy how a few fresh changes can make such a big difference. See all the details here. It all comes down to those little details!

Wilson Pike Bath
Still one of our favorites and a testimony to making the space work for you, we love the way this room came together for the best primary suite!

This shared sibling space got a great makeover when we updated it from 1970-something. Bye, gross bathroom carpet!

This entire home got a remodel, and we’ll be showing slow but steady reveals as the year goes on… but the bathroom was definitely one of our faves.

This primary bathroom changeover combined some really fun elements for a completely new look.

This bedroom was knocked back a little, and restored to a whole new area. A testimony to taking back valuable real estate and expanding where you can.
The Lundy Pass Home
This before-and-after turned their space into a full-time vacation!

This space was given a whole new lease on life with lots of personality for one happy girl!
Secret Garden Bedroom + Ensuite Bath
This bedroom + bath redo was a reminder that you never really quite know what’s behind those walls!

This entire home renovation is easily one of our favorites. But their dining space is at the top. Their living space wins, too. We actually just love all the changes here.

Blue House Basement
The blue house basement is so fun, because it really changed the feel for this family. We love the way it all came together to make a cohesive, multifunctional space for our clients to entertain!

Taking back valuable square footage to reclaim the area for their family, made a huge difference when it comes to homes and all things entertaining!

Because sometimes it’s the creative use of a room for different things, that make a project so unique.
Outdoor Space
Entertaining with outdoor spaces make us smile and we love it the most when these rooms come together for families. Here’s one of our fave before and afters with just a few simple changes.

Airbnb
This Airbnb redo took an old garage and turned it into more square footage in their home, along with a viable space for a little extra income – winning! We love these before-and-afters with a kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry room to boot. See more here.
Pool House
This pool house was one was a fresh build and definitely one of our all-time faves. The perfect spot for our client to unwind and work out in her own little retreat.
Home Office
Still one of our favorites, this was a great way to take a long, formal living room and turn it into a home office space. It pays to divide up spaces in smart ways.
